Our terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on all sides of our product boxes and in the order confirmation email, require customers to inspect their items for damage within 24 hours of receipt. This policy allows us to address any issues promptly and accurately determine the cause of the damage. As your report was made 10 days after delivery, we regret that we were unable to process your claim due to the elapsed time.

Damage Reporting: Our terms and conditions require any damages to be reported within 24 hours of receipt to ensure a timely resolution. Unfortunately, we did not receive your report within this timeframe. Prompt reporting helps us address and rectify issues more effectively.

Mirror Installation: It has come to our attention that the full-length mirror was wall-mounted in your shop's changing room. We understand the challenges that can arise in a busy retail environment. However, once a mirror is installed, it indicates acceptance of the product's condition at the time of installation.

Bulbs: The bulbs used in our mirrors are designed to be easily reattached if dislodged. Frequent handling or impact can cause them to become loose, but they are made to clip back in securely. If bulbs are changing color, this could be a separate issue that we are more than willing to assist you with under our product warranty.

Customer Service: We regret that you found our service unsatisfactory. Our goal is always to provide helpful and courteous assistance. We will review the interactions to ensure our service standards are being met.
