I ordered a Tilley hat for Father’s Day on 13th June, on the 18th I was worried I’d had no dispatch note. Contacted customer services who clarified my item clearly states 5-7 working days for dispatch. My error.
So I knew it would arrive late, but ok.
As soon as we entered the ‘dispatch timeframe’ another email saying oh sorry as we came to dispatch none available so it will mean a wait. Why on earth you need to wait the actual 5-7 days to even start to dispatch, and only then notice it’s not in stock is beyond me.
Order now cancelled and cut out the middle man gone straight to Tilley.
Will not be back

It is so easy to shop with Hollands Country Clothing. All their merchandise is of high quality.Their customer service is excellent and a simple no nonsense way of returning goods free of charge without quibble or complaint. This is why they are my first choice in any clothes or shoes that I buy.

The fact that the phone is answered by a person who is helpful and does what they say is great. Please do not change this approach.

Despite a slight issue with one item being out of stock (I ordered two identical Tilley hats in different sizes) on the day it was due to be dispatched, Hannah saved the day and my holiday hat! Fabulous personal customer service that family run companies are so good at and so many corporate companies (Like Tilley UK who let me down badly) no longer provide.
My small hat arrived the following day and I am so pleased to say it fits!

I had an issue with my order which was totally my fault, I rang up spoke with Abe who gave me some options to choose and has sorted it all. Top work, great company, will be back in future.

The range of country clothing is extensive and the pricing is competitive. There are many bargains to be found in the clearance section.
Unlike many other online retailers, it is possible to speak to real people by phone !! Also emails are answered promptly. When there is a slight despatch delay, the reasons for this are explained, and the delivery is upgraded to first class post.

Perfect customer service

Hollands cannot be faulted in my view in terms of customer service. Additionally its pricing is often very competitive.

I recently ordered a pair of trousers, along with other items, but like a dolt I ordered the wrong size trousers (call me Wallace).

Hollands' return process is easy to follow and Hollands treats an exchange just like a purchase and my replacement trousers were sent out the day after the returned pair were received by Hollands.

I know as a fact that returns are a pain for retailers, and I understand why that is, but Hollands is professional and courteous nevertheless, which in my experience is increasingly rare today.

Hollands Country Clothing is doing its bit to maintain high standards.

Great product, excellent communications, dealt with wrong item order straight away ...

I ordered and made a genuine size mistake - when the gillet arrived too small and despite being dark navy was seemingly black and I wanted blue for my husbands birthday - I spoke with Abe who was so helpful given my rambling explanation around timing/ colour/ size etc he sorted it all out for me and ensured the new correct one was with me in time for the birthday and then I was able to sort a return of the 'wrong' one with ease - so appreciated this excellent customer service and would highly recommend that as well as the product - I bought the gillet as AI likened it as the most close to a schoffel gillet but for a far more reasonable cost - delighted with it (as is my husband!)

Order placed 03/05/26, item was never despatched and now I’m wrangling with them to obtain a refund for the item purchased. They took payment for an item they could not provide, so please take care when ordering as they may sell items they have no stock of.

I wondered where my order was so gave the team at Hollands Country a call. Quickly answered and we tracked down the problem....me! I'd supplied the wrong email address (I'm moving broadband providers so....erm....messed up). Anyway, it was no big deal for the Hollands team to rectify in a helpful friendly manner. Now all sorted.

ordered on the 7/5/26 its now the 21/05/26and I've had no reply email or other wise tried to phone them no reply
if this is not sorted out in the next couple of days I'm going to get bank involved to get my money bac. looking at the reviews about this company i think they may be fake ? don't buy from this company
