Be careful when ordering and paying for the £6.99 1-2 day delivery. They reckon that means it’s 1-2 delivery when dispatched from there warehouse which took them 5 days to dispatch it, never heard of that before, would have just opted for the free delivery after ordering over £100 worth of items

company not bothered will not use again, paid for express delivery after 2 days asked them for tracking was then sent it only to say they had only now posted it after chasing them. no point paying for express delivery as they only decide to post it when they want. items will now miss my dads birthday even though i paid for the extra posting which was pointless phoned customer service the man i spoke too could not give a dam and was not helpful and didn't care.

further to your reply the dispatch details were not on the website and only showed once it took you 2 days to dispatch, also the postage was only refunded after this trust pilot review as the man i spoke too on the phone was not bothered and very unhelpful

Excellent customer service

Waited to weeks for my order to be told they didn’t have it in stock.

I ordered these items for my dad’s 60th birthday a week in advance and paid an extra £6.99 for express delivery. The order was not dispatched and still hasn’t been sent.

I spoke to Abe, who said the express delivery charge would be refunded, but then changed the delivery time back to 5–7 days. This completely defeats the point of paying for express delivery, and the items will now be too late for the occasion.

Shocking customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Customer service is second to none. Replies to emails within a few minutes even on Sundays regardless or the time. Excellent selection and good prices.
I would recommend giving them a go. I will certainly be using them again.

What a complete farce of a store. Goods advertised at reasonable prices but when ordered they are never in stock. Ordered some clothing for my holiday with 4 weeks to spare and still they were unable to fulfil any order with excuse after excuse about goods not in stock, even though I only ordered items that were listed 'in stock'. I'm now forced to go and try and source elsewhere and cancel my orders.. How long until the refunds arrive? If they arrive? I will certainly update this when they do. Last order from me, this company needs to catch up with this millennia. A four week delivery time is simply unacceptable.

As an update, they did at least refund immediately after cancellation so slightly less angry! But Hollands!!! Don't promise what you can't deliver on... How to really annoy people!

For an item in stock in the warehouse, a processing time of up-to ten days, then delivery time; is simply unacceptable.

There was a minor hiccup with my order (on my end entirely). The long and the short of it is that there was a delay in shipping due to the error. Their support team went above and beyond from their end in order to do everything they could to resolve this for me as quickly as possible. They were very kind and patient, couldn't ask for better service. And all of this happened on a Sunday. Not many do customer support on a Sunday. Their responses were usually within 15 minutes. On a Sunday. This is what the customer is looking for.

I have not received my order. I have contacted customer services and still heard nothing since they were checking into it.

The Tweed shooting vest, I ordered, was a present, for someone, it was of a great quality, but it was not what they wanted , so i contacted them for advice no problems just got straight to it and helped me out. Fantastic service a great Family business, SHOP local FAMILY business, better service.

I needed to swap some trousers and Abe went above and beyond to help me out great Customer Service 👍
