1st time ordering through Holland and I realised 2days after ordering that I hadn't received the order confirmation and I forgot to take a screenshot (Rookie I know) so I emailed in and got a response within a couple of hours asking a few security questions.
Needless to say I had ordered under a different email address. (V Stupid I know).

Order hasn't arrived yet so I will update when it does as a lot of the bad reviews are about delivery times. I picked Royal Mail 48hours so should be here tomorrow/ Tuesday 🤞

A first class online experience rarely had.
I was hesitant at believing the great selection of outdoor country wear at great prices but I have been proved wrong in that they do provide all the quality looks -from website pictures to your doorstep!
Amazing communication for order status and delivery updates and general enquires, which is rare nowadays.

Bought some boots over a month ago, they sent the wrong size, issue still not sorted. No replacement, no refund..

Company has some weird email system where if you email you get put to the bottom of the queue, each email takes days and days to get a reply. It’s really frustrating, all I want is the issue to be solved.

So nice to be able to easily contact a human team-member and get a useful response rather than an AI assistant with a generic answer!

Ballistic fleece arrived today, looks as shown on the photos and feels lovely and soft. Quite dense, fine fleece so will be great for indoor and outdoor use.

Purchased a Ridgeline pintail smock and pair of Jack Pike neoprene wellies in Hollands “Black Friday sales”. Both items were at a good discounted price point, it being Black Friday.
Ridgeline smock is a great piece of clothing which I highly recommend and the wellies have surpassed my expectation. Gone are days of freezing feet in rubber boots! Hollands are quick on dispatch and use Royal Mail which is a bonus. Overall very happy with both items.

Although my original order did not arrive as it was mishandled by Royal Mail, Hollands Country Clothing responded promptly, refunding the delivery charge and offered a full refund or replacement. All communication and customer service was exceptional.

Really slow dispatch time

I made a silly.mistake in my order and only disovered it a couple of hours later. Contacted the company and was acknowledged immediately. Unfortunately too late to stop delivery but given clear instructions for return/refund by Carl.

The range of poducts is excellent and the silery was good.

The customer service is excellent. I ticked the box for a store credit by mistake. It was easy to contact customer service and they responded and changed it to a refund straight away.

Such a lovely company. Personal touch in all communications. Swapped sizes in my raincoat with absolutely no problems. The raincoat is great. Just what I wanted and a lovely colour. Brilliant!

First time ordering - won’t ever be back. Disingenuous sneaking in a postal insurance charge that was not clear and obvious at time of payment, thankfully mis-selling financial products is easy to report to FCA. Having to pay £4 to return damaged goods is disgusting. I do not believe their reviews.

I ordered a jacket, it arrived quickly but it turned out to be a little too tight across the shoulders. I spoke to their support line and they advised to return for refund, order a new larger size and they would monitor and refund the postage. The same day I received an email confirming all this and that the jacket would arrive tomorrow. Amazing level of service on top of great sales prices on quality clothing. Highly impressed.

Made a purchase today and was dealt with lovely young lady who was courteous , friendly and knowledgeable.
I have yet to receive my purchase , but have every confidence that all will be well.

Great company to deal with. I received a coat and it was unfortunately too big. So easy to return and replace

I ordered a Souwester hat on the 10/11/25, the estimated delivery time stated on the order form was 2 to 4 working days. To date, 25/11/25, I still have not received the order. I contacted the company on Monday 17/11/25 and the friendly guy on the other end of the phone stated that the item would be despatched on Friday 21st or Monday 24th at the latest. It is late in the evening now, tomorrow I will contact my cc company and instruct them to dispute the transaction as I have received NO communication to tell me of the items dispatch. I take the time to leave plenty of reviews on different web sites, only 2 or 3% are negative reviews.

I’ve just tried replying to the email they sent to me informing me of my postage refund and I am receiving an ‘email demon’ unable to deliver email, says it all !! WHAT ELSE CAN’T THEY DELIVER.

Gave a response in under a day confirming the inside leg length on some trousers I wanted, then completed the order and dispatched same day.
Good clothes ( I love Percussion clothing for walking my dogs on hills and moors), great service.

I bought a Jack Murphy Malvern Bush Coat. Not sure of the right size as customer feedback was to order size smaller which I did. However although it fits well it is just fitting on the hips, so felt I could do with another 2cms. So I had to sort out ordering a size 12 and set up the refund for the one I would not keep. The coat itself is lovely and very good quality. There was a price reduction due to Black Friday and the company William Swindells, that shipped the coat to me, were excellent in applying this. A further challenge was I wanted to take it on holiday soon. I thought it was going to be complicate, but I phoned and Nelly was great at suggesting the quickest way to do all of this, as well as process the return. Nelly also as advised what to do once I decided which coat I was keeping. Very impressed with coat and with customer service from William Swindells. Would definitely order from them again.

Great friendly service, good quality waterproof over trousers that I am very pleased with, highly recommended!
