Bought this DVD box set for my son
Bought this DVD box set for my son, he’s very happy with his gift! Good price compared to other places selling this box set. We love shopping in HMV and the collection of the order was a breeze in store.

Disappointed with the Gateshead Store.
I like house but there seemed to be more heavy metal in the Gateshead store. With the two assistants following me around which I found intrusive. I turned to them and told them I get more of the music I like of ITunes which I pay monthly for. I was dissatisfied with my visit and will not go to HMV stores anymore.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and efficient and the service was excellent.

No refund
Ordered two items in store 3 weeks ago which were meant to be next day delivery. Neither item was delivered. I then got an email to say they were delayed and then that they no longer in stock. I went in store and they could not refund me. Still waiting for a refund now.
