Zak in Bluewater store .Best customer service EVER
huge shout out to Zak who helped us find what we needed in bluewater store. He was brilliant. so helpful and asking questions to my young daughter about the group she was interested in . He then ordered evrything that we couldnt find instore . most of the time if an item isnt in front of them shop staff just say oh no we dont have it but he went and looked everything up ,looked under counters etc etc. 10/10

Also staff in Bluewater HMV store where I got some CD's were very, helpful in finding items for me and also pointed me in the direction of the website for the items I couldn't find.

Brilliant staff and service
Couldn’t find what I was looking for, was helped to find it, then what you didn’t have, one of your ladies found, ordered and sent to me within a couple of days, with free delivery. Outstanding service from all your staff at bluewater.

Store/delivery
I visited the store in Bluewater to buy a Nintendo Switch game. They did not have it but ordered it for me to be delivered to my home within 2-5 days. The game duly arrived on time and the staff at the store were really friendly and helpful
