Went into Bluewater Branch today and…
Went into Bluewater Branch today and was looking around with my headphones on but they were turned off and I was by the till area when two female members of staff mocked my hair by saying it’s cruella and saying about my colour of my hair then when I head them laughing and calling other members and carried on talking about my hair and being red I took my headphones off so they were aware that I could hear everything then they went on to say about Jessica rabbit because about my red hair. Like i felt like I was being judged because I hear the whole conversation as it was at the tills and I looking at what products they had behind but I left because of what they said about my looks. Makes me not want to come back.

Great chat at the till
Went to collect my albums that I ordered and the sales assistant was very pleasant and we had a chat about rsd and what we were hoping to get , very good service.

Great Store in Bluewater
Went to HMV in Bluewater. What a busy place. But two employees were so helpful---Lucy found the artists I wanted and Colin on checkout went the extra mile when he spotted one of the cd cases was cracked. It was my 77th birthday so it was most enjoyable sorting through thousands of vinyls and cds. I can recommend spending an hour or so in this store. Amazing choice throughout.

Swapping a CD
There was no problem swapping the CD I had ordered failing to notice that the double CD was in face a CD and a DVD. When u explained the problem I. e I didn’t possess a DVD player I was able to do an in store exchange. Excellent service
