Click & collect in store order. Delivery was slightly delayed, but order was tracked & I knew when I was likely to be able to collect it.

A very nice store
A very nice store. A good selection of records and the staff were very helpful. They did not have the exact one I wanted as it is a limited edition, but there was still enough choice to find an alternative. I will be back

Excellent service.
The person who served me was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. He made it a great pleasure to be in the store at Bluewater. I had forgotten how enjoyable shopping in store for anything connected to music or sounds can be.

Ordering on line was very easy.
Bit frustrated as the 5 CDs ordered were all in stock, but we're delivered to the Bluewater store in three shipments.
The service at the store was excellent as normal.
