I've seen Rob and Kirstie various times over the last few years. They share a wealth of knowledge and offer an excellent professional service. I would highly recommend.

I can’t thank Rob enough for helping with my back pain. I could barely walk or sit at the first appointment but once we had finished I was moving, standing and walking much easier. I would thoroughly recommend Hitchin Osteopathy.

I initially went to the clinic for some advice for some pains I was getting in my shoulders and was aprehensive about how it was going to go as I find it hard to describe my ailments.
Mr Kraina was very attentive and I didn’t feel rushed when pointing out the pains and concerns I was having. Most importantly I felt under no pressure to employ his services. He was clearly knowledgable on his profession and sent me away with movements I should make to build the strength and what he could do to assist the pains. Following a few sessions I feel so much better but it’s also the additional advice which I have valued. Highly recommend.

After spending 4 days in hospital with a bad back I came out with hardly anything to show for it other than a very painful ability to walk. I visited Hitchin Osteopathy who were amazing, not only did I feel comfortable but he got to the point of where my problem was and literally pulled back into shape, it was amazing!

He explained the problem and made more progress in 45 minutes than I did with 4 days in hospital.

Went to see Rob with shoulder and hip issues. Rob listened intently, explained the causes to me and then delivered a program of hands on therapy (which left me feeling like I had a new shoulder) and a program for ongoing wellbeing including stretches, advice and a course of sessions for help with the hip. Rob is extremely knowledgable and not pushy at all. Felt like genuine care... wish I’d gone sooner.

Felt totally at ease with Rob, I felt understood and reassured about my shoulder pain, he explained what he thought was going on and how with his help and some rehab work from I would be back in the gym lifting. Thanks Rob!
