Unexpected lower back pain left me struggling to move without pain which was limiting my performance at work. The whole process from booking an appointment, to the treatment and follow up was excellent. Rob's excellent skill and expertise, professional advice and support enable me to be back endurance training within the week. Highly recommended and I will book check ups moving forward.

Really great experience here. Had been experiencing pain and discomfort in my hip and hamstring. I went for a sports massage with Kirstie and she was excellent. I’m feeling the benefits immediately so would definitely recommend and will certainly be revisiting if I have the same symptoms again.

Kirstie makes the whole experience outstanding - she listens to what you need, then using her experience and unrivalled knowledge time aftdr time delivers the most incredible sports massage.
Her massages have been my saviour throughout intensive 7 month boxing training. Cannot recommend enough.

I have had quite a few sports/deep tissue massages and have been looking for a regular session to keep the various aches and pains from too long at the desk plus working off calories at the gym. Kirstie ticked all my boxes plus she is really nice and very good!

I could barely walk due to pain in my lower back and sciatica. I shuffled into Robs consulting room at short notice and walked out in much less pain. Rob gave me targeted treatment and an ongoing exercise plan. I highly recommend Rob.

I visited Rob when I was experiencing neck pain/mobility issues. He was able to relieve some pain after one visit and gave me advice on how to prevent the issue coming back. I saw Rob again later in the year after suffering whiplash in a car accident. Again, he was able to releive some pain during the first appointment and after regular visits, I am well on my way to recovery.

I saw Rob at Hitchin Osteopathy after reading great reviews. I saw a few people before him but my back problem wasn't going away. After several visits my pain had gone away and so far has not come back. I see him every few months and 2 years down the line I would totally recommend him if you need an osteopath.

Rob at Hitchin Osteopathy is fantastic! I came to him with acute back / shoulder pain probably brought on by repeatedly picking up my teething and poorly baby! Over three appointments, I went from barely being able to lift my head or move my upper body, to being virtually free of any discomfort at all. A couple of days after my third appointment with Rob, the pain had vanished altogether! I highly recommend Rob at Hitchin Osteopathy; he's fab at what he does, he seriously knows his stuff, he's brilliant at deep tissue massage, and he's a lovely guy!! A+++

It’s difficult to find a professional who knows the body in relation to sport like Rob. There are many osteopaths etc, who I have never quite felt benefit from as they don’t do the sports I like to do. Rob does, he’s active, keeps himself healthy, plays sport and studies the body and movement constantly. This has massively paid off for me. When a tight shoulder means he releases a tight ankle, it’s like a wizard is at work. He knows how the body works in a real world and practical manner and his techniques have done wonders for my health and sporting performance. Can’t recommend Hitchin osteopathy highly enough.
