Visited Rob on a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed! After a short discussion Rob pin pointed my problem and offered a solution, he then began treatment, there was instant relief but it wasn’t until the next day that I really felt the difference. I had a follow up treatment a week later and since then have had no return of the pain. He also sent me follow up exercises and further info which was a nice touch! Would highly recommend.

I went to see Rob full of pain and holding onto hope and left his consulting room after the first session feeling in a lot less pain and full of hope of a recovery. After a few sessions and an exercise programme I could do at home, I could function normally! I cant recommend the practice highly enough. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. If you're in pain, book that appointment with Rob! You wont be disappointed.

Visit Rob at Hitchin Osteopathy regularly. Went to several people who all couldn’t help me. Eventually met Rob and he explained my situation completely then sorted it. Can’t recommend highly enough. If you need an Osteopath, do yourself a favour and go and see Rob. Thank me later 😁.

Rob recognised my upper arm problem immediately and after two sessions and exercises to follow I can now continue without therapy. However, if this issue returns, I will certainly visit Rob again

Rob does not want you coming for endless weekly appointments to see him. He himself wants quick and lasting results for his patients
Hence he is awesome as an osteopath and as a person

I am a cycling veteran and started recieving regular sports massage treatments from Hannah last year. Her methods have been extremely effective in helping me recover well from training and to resume with my normal day to day life. Not only is she able to treat any injuries aches or pains directly, but also provides good advice for aftercare to resolve the root of the problems too. Hannah is a very friendly and approachable professional who clearly knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her.

Kirstie is a great massage therapist. She was able to assess the tension in my neck and work her magic. I left feeling lot of relief. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Kirstie if you have any muscular tension or pain.

I had a lymph drainage massage from Kirstie which I was super impressed by so have booked again for a few weeks time. Kirstie has a lot of knowledge on the lymphatic system which is exactly what I need to focus on.

I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment for acute lower back pain. Kirsty was very professional, with sports massage, and offered lots of advice.
I need further treatment with Rob but will return for future massage

Attended Lymphatic Drainage with Kirstie. I trust her vast knowledge and she is caring and brilliant at what she does. Kirstie really listens and is always happy to give further advice on how I can support myself better at home.

Superb sports massage, get one booked, you won’t regret it!

I have been going to Hitchin osteopathy every month almost for the last 9 years! I have Fibromyalgia and Rob always has new research or info to help me, plus my monthly top up to help.
I also see Kirstie for various reasons, she has done brilliant lymphatic drainage and recently a beautiful sports massage.
I like to chat and both Rob and Kirstie are great to chat with! But my daughter doesn’t she likes silence and finds it’s never uncomfortable just relaxing!

I had my first Lymphatic drainage massage with Kirstie after having extensive surgery and did not know what to expect, Kirstie was very knowledgeable and experienced and gave me lots of useful advice. I have booked in again and will continue to as I can already see/feel the benefits after 1 session.

Fantastic! I highly recommend visiting Rob - I have suffered with bad neck pain and spasms (on and off) for years, with some advice and insight around the alignment of my spine, to be conscious of posture when working at home and some fantastic exercises (as well as back manipulation during the visit) - after just 2 sessions I feel like a totally different person and couldn't be more grateful.
