Unfortunately still waiting for the garage to fix the errors with the car. Will fill in this review when the next stage is hopefully completed 09.04.25

Edit* Car never was fixed by the garage. They had us return it to them to attempt to find the fault which they were unable to do in 3 hours. They then requested that we next leave the car with them for several days but refused to provide a courtesy car. This was not possible as it was the only family car with a young family. Eventually it was agreed we would take the car to a local garage of our choosing and they gave us 1.5% of our money back in order for us to not return the error to them. We agreed to this as any alternative they were suggesting to even look at it was not feasible as we cannot hand over our vehicle for long amounts of time.

Staff always spoke nicely to us and the venue to look around seemed professional and well stocked.

Had we of known the issues we would have faced buying a car from here we would have chosen not to.

Got a great deal on a 2019 Ford Focus ST-Line X from Hitchfields, Neil was very friendly and helpful. He made sure the car I wanted was up to scratch ready for driving away the next week. There were a few scuffs on the body work from the previous owner but Neil made sure they were all removed and polished free of charge. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent deal on a second hand car and quick turn around.
