Best place to buy a car in Yorkshire, me and the Husband purchased our Qashqai and we love it. Had a slight issue after a couple of months with the engine taking a couple of revolutions to fire the engine up but this was quickly resolved by the owner Ian and his very efficient team, he quickly arranged for me to come in and get this sorted. I got in contact early Thursday morning with Torque Motor Group and arranged a viewing later that morning with a man called Ian, to look at a Nissan Juke. I found him very helpful on the phone and professional. I Arranged the time a few hours later and I set off from Manchester and drove to Huddersfield.
When I arrived at the location, the business looked really good, and I met Ian who showed me around, I also met many other members of staff, who were good lads, and felt very comfortable. I looked at the car and was very happy, I had a look at the paperwork that came with car, it had 12 months Mot and looked good for it's age, it was perfect for my mrs and myself as a spare car.
I purchased the car without a test drive and thought the offer advertised was fair for the car and also some of the proceeds from the car sale would go towards a charity (Andys Man I believe) This was explained to me by Ian which is a really nice thing to do.

I arranged to have the car dropped off the following day early in the morning, and we agreed 100 pound cash when Nick arrived at the door, for delivery charge and train fare back.
Nick was here early the following day I paid him 100 pound cash, he gave me all the paperwork, and I signed a form, Overall great team and I will be going back to get my other cars serviced and parts looked at as they will do this also when they have time in their workshop, which also was impressive.
I really genuinely wish them all well as I was told this is a newer business, and they deserve to do well,

Recently purchased a polo of these guys. Helped me from the get go. Even before I passed my test and the date was changed. He still held the car for me until I passed. Did me a great first car deal,realised a few minor issues. Told them. Told me bring straight back and the did the little odd repairs for me straight away. Lovely set of lads,make you feel welcome straight away and go up and beyond for there customers. Definitely recommend

Sometimes you have a sales experience that you want to actively recommend to good friends and family. This was one of those. As a naïve new driver, nearing middle aged and also a long term cyclist. Many car dealers would have figuratively or actually tarred me, feathered me and hung me out to dry in the backyard. This was not the approach that Ian and his colleagues took. They were honest and accommodating right from first contact. Crucially, I needed the vehicle just a bit faster than it was expected to be fully health checked, prepped and ready for collection. So Ian and the team bent over backwards to make this happen and arranged for me to bring the car back in for a few bits of work a week later at a date and time of my convenience. Being from a sales background I am very allergic to cheap, insulting or heavy handed sales techniques. I switch off like a lightbulb then walk away every time. But Ian used none of these, his approach was passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the product. Which works for me. On top of all that, they had also listened well to my own lifestyle quirks and requirements and threw in a couple of fairly valuable bonus products to aid with my planned transportation of bikes in the boot. Which was the icing on the cake of a smooth but fun sales journey. Plus my new 16 plate Audi A4 Avant has already prevented around 80% of the usual numbers of BMW drivers overtaking me for no reason on the M62. If you want that experience, I have the cheap 2011 Focus for you. Great guys, great car. Ta!

Following an initial recommendation I spoke with Ian expressing interest in the car and to request a viewing.
From the first contact he made me feel welcome and went that extra mile to make everything smooth and straight forward. We met and viewed the car and the whole event was as perfect as we could have hoped for.
No high pressure sales tactics, no hassle filled test drive, just laid back helpful advice regarding the key points.
Ian was accommodating with the part ex and just took the complications away making the journey I'd buying a car easy and enjoyable.
He's since provided me with a couple of documents and seems to be always available. This is invaluable piece of mind that isn't a guarantee when buying a car.
