Great product, amazing birthday present. Only downside was the delivery. Worst delivery courier, eventually delivered after “several attempts” despite that would highly recommend.

They misrepresented the paper I agreed to buy as the Daily Express, when in fact it was the Daily Express Welsh Edition. Since they specified for the same date the Scottish or Irish Editions they should have said Welsh Edition and made it clear that this was not the National edition. The article I wanted relating to an achievement of my grandfather was on page 5 of the archive - national edition. It is not in this one, and that was the only reason for buying it. How did I know that it was not the genuine Daily Express but a different edition?
This is £58 of wastepaper.

The presentation of both my orders could not be faulted. However, in order to place a further order, I needed yo be able to speak to someone in person. Having requested this, I was informed that you do not deal with enquiries over the phone. What a pity as I could not pursue this order and unlikely to make another one. People and personal contact do matter or do we have to rely solely on technology these days???!!!

Received The Times (for 70th birthday) dated 8 January 1955. Page 3 had a 3” x 2” hole in the paper that someone had clearly cut out! Really disappointing. Awaiting Customer Service.

I was really excited about this but when it arrived whilst the item was lovely, there was a couple of small snags. I contacted the customer service team and I cannot fault them! Fast response, multiple options on how to rectify and really kind staff. I've given 5 stars because although there was an issue, sometimes these things happen and they acted so amazingly afterwards that they fully deserve credit! I will be a repeat customer 😊

Update to previous one star review. The missing item has now turned up and is an excellent product. Very happy with it. I think there needs to be improved access to customer service - a phone number to call would help.

Absolutely shocking costumer service! I have emailed and they bounce back, I have messaged on Facebook, filled out a contact form on the website, tweeted them and commented on one of their posts and no response! I got sent the complete wrong item and it’s for a Christmas present and I needed it to sorted asap!! So disappointed as it wasn’t cheap and was for a special present.

I placed an order that needed amending. I sent an email within 5 minutes of the order going through to notify them of the issue. I have then sent four subsequent emails and they have not responded to any of my email or website messages.

Very poor customer service. Virtually no way of contacting them if there was an issue. I would not use again and urge people to consider this before ordering

Horrific service. My item has arrived damaged. Emailed the company, asked them to arrange a replacement as soon as possible to avoid missing Christmas and now they have blocked my email address so I am unable to contact them any other way. Do not order from here!! Terrible company.

I ordered the personalised newspaper leather book for my Dads 70th. Unfortunately the book came printed upside down and had bubbles in the leather. I’ve emailed the company to deal with the issue and got a response after 3 tries to say that they cannot do anything before Christmas and if I wanted a refund it would be in credit on there website only. I responded asking for a quick replacement or a full refund three days ago to which I’ve received no response despite daily emails requesting a reply.

The product is not cheap and the quality doesn’t match the cost although I understand the bespoke nature driving the price, but the customer service is atrocious and nowhere near the level expected, I still have no idea how my issue will be dealt with or even any confidence it will be dealt with. Maybe they’ll add another year’s newspaper headline on and I could give it my Dad for his 71st!

I have placed an order with yourselves on 8/12/2024 but haven't received any confirmation email or able to track my order when I put it into the tracking system on your website. I have spent nearly £100 on this order and had no response from you through email or Facebook messenger I’m Absolutely disgusted! Feel like I’ve been coned! Your customer service is diabolical! How you can get away with this is awful! Avoid this company!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, never received. They now tell me they don’t know what happened, despite confirming my order at the time. They are still promising delivery by Christmas, how?? A very empty promise. Very disappointing.

I was told my order would be delivered Dec 2nd and it has not. i have had repeatedly tried contacting the company and am getting no response. I am so disappointed as the was a gift for a special occasion.

Got to say it's a bit over priced for what is. The box that it's presented in is pretty boring inside as in terms of presentation. For £100 It's basically a shoe box with a separater that glued poorly together. I would have expect it to be better presented in particular where the Whisky sits there is nothing luxury about this. Its pretty boring for what it is. Personally I'm disappointed I could have done the same for under half the price truth be known.

How you advertise on display is not what you get. Basically get a shoe box stuffed with a bottle of whisky with an old newspaper. Anyone can do this the separater in the box has not been glued together properly and is splitting. This is the main reason of my poor review, nasty and cheap anyone cam put together shame lack of love has put this box together along with poorly put together.

I placed an order for a personalised football book on 19/11/24. I received an order acknowledgment the same day. I was emailed on 26/11/24 and asked to leave a review, I emailed back explaining that not only had I not received my order but that I had not received tracking information or a delivery date. I got an email 27/11/24 saying that they had no tracking information or delivery date to give me as yet. I was told to email back in a couple of days. I emailed again 02/12/24 to say that I had still not received my order or any information. I have still not had any contact since then.
I had looked at other reviews before I ordered from this company and hoped they were accurate.
This is honestly one of the worst experiences I have had for online customer service!
I am £56.73 out of pocket with no idea if I will ever receive the item or a refund!

I emailed to request a refund, two days later I got an email saying they would investigate what has happened to my order and asked if I would like a voucher! Why would I want to use a voucher with such a shocking company! I just want a refund but that seems to have been completely ignored!

The order finally arrived today, the book quality was ok, its just such a shame about the poor communication and customer service.

I recently paid a lot of money for a newspaper from 1938, for my elderly friend. They sent the wrong paper (he is an avid daily telegraph reader, 86 years old!).
I have paid the money yet have emailed THREE times and they haven’t replied nor sent the correct newspaper. I can not tell you how bitterly disappointed I am in this company.
Sad thing is, my dear friend would have loved this paper🤨

Order arrived later than stated but it is a quality product and I'm very happy with it.
