HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Dudley Anmeldelser 

Visited the Dudley centre after a blow out on the previous night. Guys were able to immediately inspect the tyre and order a new tyre for for delivery on the Monday whereas other tyre centres couldn't get one until the Wednesday.

Checked all the other tyres just in case and fitted replacement without issue ... would definately recommend

I suffered a burst tyre on my works van whilst working in Dudley, fortunately I was just around the corner from this garage. The two lads there were just about to have their dinner break but worked through to source and fit a replacement tyre and get me back on the road within half an hour.
They didn’t have to do that and both went out of their way to help me.

They were both polite, respectful and so helpful I couldn’t thank them enough.

I would absolutely recommend this garage to anyone.

Went a few weeks ago for my MOT. Got a free MOT with service which was brilliant value for money. Spoke to Paul who was really informative. Never had another issues, friendly staff, would definitely go there again

Excellent customer service from Paul and Shawn. Even took time out to show me where my locking wheel nut was hiding, just in case I ever needed it. Will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you!

Had a second visit to Hiq Dudley within a couple of weeks, for a different reason, and once again the lads went above and beyond to sort my car out. They kept me informed as to progress of the repair work and were very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend the Dudley branch.

On an overnight trip from blackpool with the girl friend and engine management lightcame on the Friday night.
After 3 garage let downs, pulled in to see if they could help.
Paul & Tristen were busy, but went out of their way to help and ran a diagnostic to make sure I could drive home. Results came back and advised to get it checked when I get home but the fault was cleared and safe to drive. (Still not come back on to date 18/09).

Booked my car in for an MOT fully expecting it to pass being just under three years old, a new purchase, and still under warranty.
I received a call stating that it had failed as the headlights were to high and it would cost thirty pounds to have them adjusted. I explained that the car was under warranty and I would have them adjusted and return the car for the MOT re-test. I was then informed, without any detailed knowledge of my warranty, that this would not be covered. I felt I had little choice but to pay the thirty pounds in order to obtain an MOT certificate.
Five minutes after coming off the phone I received another call from the garage stating that the work was complete and the car ready for collection!
This made me more than a little suspicious particularly when a read another review dated 28 May 2025 that 'Karim' had a similar issue.
As a pensioner I felt that I had been taken advantage of for work that was either not necessary, not completed or took less that five minutes to complete!
Will not be returning to this garage

What a waste of time i had been on their website tor a trye picked the one and booked fitting for Monday when I hot there the guy said there is no hooking hor me I showed him the order number then he said we called you earlier but I hadn't got any missed calls? So I said could you do it Tuesday same time which they did.

I had a flat tyre on Saturday morning.
Managed to drive to HiQ in Dudley.
They managed to fix it straightaway even they were busy.
Reasonably priced. Excellent customer care service.
Overall very happy

I had my MOT done which was fine and when it came to them adjusting the headlights, they asked for an additional £30 on top which was too much, when I have never paid more than £5 for the adjustments. The adjustment itself did not even take 5 minutes. At the end, they charged £20 which i had no choice but to pay as they were failing my vehicle. Customer service is appalling, no smile or greeting upon arrival as they looked all very serious. Was there for ages. I won't be returning here, not that they will be bothered

Took a Mercedes in as we thought the Mercedes dealer price was too expensive. Not only did Sean and his team find the original issue didn't exist, but highlighted the real issue of tyre faults. Swapped tyres and car is running smoothly

Only 1 jack across 4 bays available. Very poor and resulting myself to be here much longer than anticipated.
The guys were friendly enough offering refreshments but felt like they were pre occupied in other areas not work related.

Paul very helpful.. Got squeaky noise on wheels and Paul helped out straight away with diagnostic and got car booked in with great advice too..

They did great job on my car, really friendly staff and they look after your car every singh thing with dry seriousness.

Such great staff in the Dudley branch. They helped me sort my car out today super quickly, during a very stressful personal time. They are always so polite, accommodating and professional. They also take the time to explain things. Would 100% recommend to anyone based in the Midlands

Fantastic experience! We are new drivers and this is our third MOT. The team were incredibly helpful and friendly and kept us up-to-date of the cars progress throughout the morning. Best MOT option in the area, very quick (finished the service, repairs and MOT by lunch after dropping off at 8:30!), affordable, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend. Brilliant service from HiQ tyres! Had a puncture, they checked it and got it sorted on the spot and made me aware of other issues with my tyres plus recommendations.
