First time used returned promptly after some confusion caused by me.
Washing looks good. Will use again.

Absolute crap… waited SEVEN HOURS for pick up to be told thay the 24 service they advertised would be 3/4 DAYS .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL
No messages to say they would be late, I had to contact them

I scheduled a separate wash dry and fold, whites and colors. One of my light blue designer polos was badly damaged by what looks like bleach discoloration. The company refused to pay for the damage they've done or buy a replacement polo shirt.

Many of my clothes were returned damaged with detergent stains and they would not compensate me for this. Do not use!

Showed up on time, answered questions promptly, communicated clearly, and provided great service. Thank you Hello Laundry!

I found the service to be excellent. The clothes were picked up on the appointed date and returned the very next day all clean and folded. The staff I interacted with were all very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this service.

Really great customer service. They called when they were to pick up. I had a billing issue as it was my first time and I was able to speak to a real person to sort … pick up and delivery in 24hrs and on time. All went smoothly. I will definitely use these guys again!

Brilliant service, to collect and deliver the laundry to me at home.

Our washing machine broke down so thought this would be a good alternative. We ordered a collection and they didnt turn up in the specified time.

We requested a refund, and they said they wouldn't return the cash and would be charged a cancellation fee.

This is outrageous as they've failed to meet their obligation. Would never use again.

Good communication from driver who collected the laundry. All deluvered in good time.

Having read the reviews here I was a bit worried. Just got the items back (my first order with them), it's actually quite good. I sent 4 items for dry cleaning, the pick up time was changed but I was informed in advance (I was at home anyway). They send a tracking link for the driver's location 30 mins prior to the pick up. They were delivered on time during the slot selected next day. Items were clean and presented nicely. When I emailed they were responsive (and on chat as well) so I would recommend, maybe they are changing for better?

The actual cleaning of the clothes was fine

The communication on the other hand is awful! Clothes were meant to be picked up by 21.30 they showed up at 23.35. Meant to be delivered next day was told not going to be possible when I asked for a time for the following day I was ignored

Pricing seems crazy do believe we was overcharged

The cleaning quality itself was fine, and the online chat was responsive when I asked questions before placing the order. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing.

The instructions were clearly included in the online booking, but I was later told that different instructions were followed based on what was (or wasn’t) communicated to the driver. In my view, the service should be carried out according to the online order, not verbal instructions at collection. The driver also arrived around three hours earlier than the slot I had requested.

As a result, I was charged £130 instead of the £60 shown at booking, with items billed per piece rather than as the service selected. The first-order discount was also not applied.

Customer service initially replied quickly but seemed more focused on closing the matter than understanding it. After I asked for the charges to be reviewed, they stopped responding altogether.

Despite acceptable cleaning, the lack of clarity, overcharging, and poor follow-up mean I wouldn’t recommend this service.
