The lady who dealt with my health insurance was call Jenny. Her patience, knowledge and obvious desire to do the very best for me shone through. This level of customer service is rare these days.

I had various correspondence with Umar…
I had various correspondence with Umar Adam at Heath Crawford saying that I wished to continue with the same Medical insurance company as I had an ongoing claim in place. So he arranged for the renewal with BUPA to go ahead with no problems. Therefore I recommend Heath Crawford very highly.

Thank you for taking the time to explain the reason for your review when we contacted you.
We were very pleased to hear you felt Jenny was “most helpful” and that your one-star rating wasn't a reflection of the advice or service you received from her.
We also completely understand the confusion caused by receiving a message thanking you for proceeding after you had subsequently decided not to go ahead.
Just to clarify what happened, you had initially agreed to proceed with the policy, which automatically triggered our request for feedback. You subsequently decided to cancel, but unfortunately the feedback request had already been generated by that point. We appreciate that, when it arrived, the wording therefore didn't reflect your circumstances and we're reviewing whether we can improve this process.
Thank you also for saying that you would be happy to update your rating to reflect the service you received from Jenny. We would really appreciate that, as the current one-star rating could understandably give other customers the impression that you were dissatisfied with the advice and service you received.
