It all started so well and I was offered a price.
Once I was able to proceed - I was unable to reach the agent via direct phone number nor recieved any response from emails. Apparently she went away on holiday but there was no one covering her work. On her return I was told the price had increaded slightly which I agread to (not sure why now), then when I recevied the paperwork to sign the price had risen again by £180pa. This had not been mentioned to me. Apparently it was because we had moved into another month - but this was only because the agent went away & didn't respond to my communications. Not good and very unhappy so willl go elsewhere...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry that what started as such a positive experience became frustrating, particularly when you were ready to proceed and were unable to reach us.
We’ve looked into what happened and completely accept that our communication should have been better while your adviser was away. You should not have been left waiting for responses without knowing when someone would come back to you, and we apologise for that.
The original price you were quoted was based on a July policy start date. By the time you were able to proceed, the start date had moved to September and the insurer’s pricing had changed. While insurer premiums can change depending on the start date, we appreciate that this should have been made much clearer to you before you received the final paperwork.
I’m pleased that we’ve since been able to speak with you personally, apologise and find a solution that you were happy with, including arranging two months free to help offset the difference in cost. We’re delighted that you have now chosen to proceed with us.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put things right, and also for your feedback. We’ve taken it on board and will use it to improve how we manage communication when individual advisers are unavailable.

The lady who dealt with my health insurance was call Jenny. Her patience, knowledge and obvious desire to do the very best for me shone through. This level of customer service is rare these days.

I had various correspondence with Umar…
I had various correspondence with Umar Adam at Heath Crawford saying that I wished to continue with the same Medical insurance company as I had an ongoing claim in place. So he arranged for the renewal with BUPA to go ahead with no problems. Therefore I recommend Heath Crawford very highly.
