Heath Crawford quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested the best solution. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cost, which was about a quarter of what my present insurer was offering. I took out a policy in the same call and am very satisfied with their service.

It’s a good service but
It’s a good service - it would have been great but my payment was registered with Bupa as a Direct Debit, which took me half an hour to correct to a one off payment with their payment office the following day.
