Very happy with the bed, solid and well made. A few unavoidable hiccups along the way but customer service was excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

Very poor Customer Service
The customer service with this Company is very poor. We ordered a bed at the beginning of Sept 2021. We expected a delay due to covid etc but had to continually chase for an update. Bed finally delivered on 9th Nov but was the wrong one. Manager blamed an "incompetent member of staff" which seemed a bit unprofessional. Was told we could keep original bed for now and the correct one would be ordered. Manager would get Haed2Bed (not the usual delivery Company) to deliver the correct one, assemble it and take away the old one. 28th January - bed delivered by another Company but they had no instructions to assemble or take the other bed away. Rang Head2bed and was told a Manager would call me back. Still waiting nearly 3 hours later. I appreciate that mistakes happen but the way they are dealt with shows you the type of Company you are dealing with. Not impressed at all.
In response to the Company's reply, it's interesting that I only received a call back (3 hours after my call) AFTER I had posted this review. Would I have received this if I hadn't posted this, hmmmm. I disagree that they have put their "heart & soul" into this issue. It's me that's had to continually chase for updates as nobody has taken ownership of this and the Company has just blamed other factors.

I am sorry for the poor experience;
It has been disheartening for us as well, I must say.
Your original bed was ordered incorrectly by a new member of staff under training, apologies, so we already suffered a loss plus having an unhappy customer on that occasion;
Today, your replacement bed was delivered.
Truth to be known, I did return your call at 5.17 pm but there was no answer;
After you rang, before returning your call, I enquired with the delivery people first, and found out they had entered the job in their system as drop-only by mistake, ignoring the instructions we had given to them to 1. collect the old bed, 2. install the replacement one;
Before I even attempted to call you back, the delivery people had already emailed to re-arrange service:

It shows that things still may go wrong despite putting our heart and soul into it, especially as we seem to be paying for other parties' mistakes and yet we are the exposed ones;
As explained over the phone, the delivery people were apologetic when I called them, and will return to your property on the next working day (31/01), to carry out the instructions given and never followed in the first place.

Post-your-edited-review : I am sorry you believe I was not even in good faith and you have doubts on the sincerity and truthfulness of my answer above; we do put our heart and soul into offering a good service to the public, and have never denied it has not gone according to plan in your case, whomever is to blame; it is frustrating to be scarred for other people's mistakes, I think that's human; did we not care we would not be on the phone to the delivery people last Friday to try and rectify it for tomorrow already, I was getting back to you to let you know, you never answered and you must have never read the much earlier email, time 15:18:57, from the delivery people, to reschedule completion for Monday either, as that was an update itself; I tried you again, after the review, to update you on the course of action, you then picked the call; did we not care, we would not be answering to this on a Sunday either; we have a clear conscience and have nothing else to add on the matter, thank you;

Chuffed Chuffed Chuffed ok so I had to wait a while for the wardrobes because of covid and transport problems, but wow it was worth the wait.
2 great guys delivered and installed the set of three wardrobes in no time at all, they just got on with it and took all the packing away as well.
The wardrobes were the Stylform MEROPE hinged and the quality and build is of top quality.
So happy these were half the price of what I was quoted locally.

Fantastic experience ...
Fantastic experience .... great product that looks great in our bedroom.
The lads that fitted them were on time, very polite and tidy and in and out as quick as that.
Our whole experience was very positive and we would definately recommend Head2Bed to anyone thinking about using them.
I came across this company online when looking to replace our old bedroom furniture, I read the reviews which were very good, looked at the products and the pricing and decided to use them .... glad we did as it can be a bit of a lottery when shoping this way. M&G of Chertsey, Surrey 2021

Top quality and great customer service
I have just had a Stylform Florida wardrobe fitted and I am so pleased with it. It looks exactly as it does on the website and is very sturdy. The fitters were very efficient. It is always a worry to buy such large items without seeing them in person but I would highly recommend Head2bed. Whenever, I have contacted their customer service they have dealt with my emails immediately and were always friendly and courteous. Great service.

Great quality and amazing customer…
Great quality and amazing customer service.
Have purchased a Guardia Iris bed back in October with bedside tables and chest of drawers. It is expensive but the quality is there and I was very happy with my purchase. Also the delivery was perfectly on time.
Sabrina provided a lot of help during the purchase, sent multiple pictures of colors/details of the bed and also sent over samples to see the different colors. Also worth pointing our that I have never waited longer than a few minutes to speak with her on the phone.
There was a small imperfection on the bed frame: after I pointed that out to them they immediately took action and replaced the damaged part in a very reasonable time. Not only that but they also fixed one of the slats that I had accidentally broken.
All in was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with Sabrina from beginning to end. Firstly she called me back late on New Year’s Eve so that I could place my order and she was so very helpful from beginning to end. This company does great furniture and offers very good customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent Company
Ordered an expensive bed and was given good and helpful advice by Sabrina. We were kept up to date on the progress of our order and it was delivered on the day it was promised. As I was assembling it myself, Sabrina sent me an email with helpfut hints for fitting the headboard which weren't mentioned in the instructions.
The bed is really good quality and we are pleased with it.

WORTH THE WAIT
WORTH THE WAIT
Our bedroom furniture was due to be delivered the week after the country went into lockdown so obliviously it was cancelled. We had already decorated and removed all our old furniture ready for the new. After spending two months sleeping on the floor and using a box for a wardrobes our furniture was delivered and installed.
I can’t fault head2bed in any aspect from start to finish. Sabrina was fantastic, pre order we had endless questions about various ranges while we tried to decide, she was so helpful, then when the delivery was cancelled she couldn’t have been more professional. The build quality of the furniture is fantastic and installation in different circumstances (social distancing) was professional, painless and efficient. I can’t praise Head2bed highly enough as a company and individuals for brilliant customer service and fantastic furniture. Definitely worth the wait we couldn’t be more pleased Thank you

Extremely rude operations manager
I bought a wardrobe years ago and now I wanted to add the matching drawers. I queried whether the drawers would fit in a door opening of 87cm instead of 90cm (The assembly team left the doors not fully opening blaming an uneven door ) but the response I received from Sabrina Vizziello (operations manager) was utterly rude. The way of addressing me and the wording on her emails was extremely impolite. There is so many ways of saying things without being rude. I won’t be liaising with them ever again and for sure won’t be recommending them.
There is not point in arguing with Sabrina, I have all the emails from fitters (wardrobe) they came 3 times to fit the wardrobe not due to uneven floors but due to missing/ wrong parts, broken glass. Papers from fitters never said anything about floors, that was the excuse given verbally. I never discussed with fitters anything about drawers, but Sabrina is saying I did, didn’t buy drawers previously I didn’t discussed drawers then as I wasn’t thinking to buy them at the time.
With this I end this discussion because people like this is not worth the time.

let's say it all as it really is then.
You sent us an email stating your property was very old, 1930's with admittedly very uneven floors. Our crews at the time struggled to fit the wardrobe, in spite of them featuring systems for levelling off; You reported the fitters advised at the time, they would not be able to fit any drawers inside, because the door would not open fully, hence neither would the drawers from inside, due to the wardrobe not being fully balanced, for the reasons explained above.
You then asked us to agree for you to purchase the chests of drawers on the basis you could have them fully refunded if they did not fit.
We have to specially order these goods from our suppliers, and would not receive a refund if the fault lies with the customer's property, rather than the product. Based on facts and findings by our crews at the time, and knowing the aperture of the door would not be sufficient for the drawers to be fit for purpose, we already knew the items would be scrapped if not suitable, hence we replied:
' Vanessa,
we sell furniture, whose parts are designed to fit on/in them, and the same is for the interior chest of drawers.
If your floor is uneven, to the point it would prevent some interior units from being fitted, this cannot be seen as a reason to return the units at our costs. So, I am afraid, if the units did not fit for reasons linked to the floor being uneven and needed to be returned, there would be return charges, equal to 40% of the units; price, for re-stocking fees'
We mentioned points from our T&C's to avoid any future disagreement in case of any potential issues, sorry if you found this rude, only because it was not convenient.

We really love our new “floating” bed
We really love our new “floating” bed! Hasena Airon Lisio - Solid Oak Modern Bed. The quality is very good and the service by the delivery people was also really friendly. Managed to bring our delivery date forward as we said we would put the bed together ourselves. I would recommend Head2Bed for sure.
