Very happy with the bed, solid and well made. A few unavoidable hiccups along the way but customer service was excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

It took us almost 13 weeks to receive …
It took us almost 13 weeks to receive this bed, one of the parts was wrong and took 4 weeks to deliver again! the colour of the bed was not at all what was in the photos on website, and the customer's service blamed us for not knowing what colour Champagne is! (although champagne is never grey!)
there was no apologetic tone and no offer of goodwill gesture on their part!
The bed itself is of normal quality, although had problems on the foot, scratches, etc!
The delivery & installation team were very professional & nice, but they are not connected to Head2Bed, so I think that's why!
Overall, an awful experience and nothing special about them!

We are truly sorry to read your comments, yet we would like to avail ourselves of our right to reply.
We remember our phone conversation as if it was yesterday, because, thankfully, we receive very few complaints, and we care to know where we failed.
When you phoned us upon receipt of your bed, you complained it was not as shown in the picture.

We have written correspondence where you mention the picture on the web site shows a white frame bed,so you were expecting to receive a white bed,
The title describes it as 'champagne' though, yet you said we should describe what finish 'champagne' is...
In our reply to your email, we stated:
'We call it after the finish description provided by the manufacturers, but certainly, if it was white, we would have stated 'white'.
We added that the fitted sheet around the mattress is white, and you can see the difference between that and the bedframe, which clearly is a very subtle, elegant, light pearl grey.
You state Champagne is never grey, but objectively, if we google ' Champagne finish' and search for images, we get https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=champagne+finish&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi27Kb_lvXWAhXFDcAKHYixCI8Q_AUICygC&biw=1366&bih=662
The results show that champagne can be a shabby chic silver grey, or a beige goldey finish, so like any colour, it comes in a multitude of shades, none of which is wrong.
If the finish was so important to you, and the descriptive word for it was contradictory to its look on-line, you could have contacted us prior to the purchase to check, and we would have sent you a sample, for peace of mind.
Truth to be known, the Hypnos bed in question is our very best seller, and with hundreds of customers served, NO ONE has ever complained about the finish not being as shown.
We apologise for the wait of the replacement parts, but we could not help that, as the parts must come from Germany. Your bed was delivered on 15/10 and on 05/11 it was completed. You ordered it on 25/08, so that is 10 weeks to completion,( instead of standard 7), and not 13 weeks as you mention. Regardless, we are sorry to have disappointed you, and that it took longer than it should have anyway.
We also would like to stress that Head2bed carefully selects their delivery partners to be representative of the standards of quality and service we intend to deliver at all times so, to state that our fitters are not connected to us is not appropriate, as we are a team, and if they are good, we are good, if they are bad, we are bad.
Sorry for the bad experience you have had, we always endeavour to do well, although we accept we can sometimes fail, like any one and any business.

Good quality and service
Really happy with our furniture. The delivery team were honest that one pieces had been damaged in transit and they would be bringing a brand new one ASAP. We received a new replacement not long after. Very happy with the honesty, the service and the quality.

Superb. Great online shopping experience.
From initial product queries, through to ordering and finally delivery, everything was excellent. Sabrina seems to work tirelessly to ensure full customer satisfaction. I was away on business during the scheduled delivery time and both Sabrina at Head2Bed and Danny at their delivery company liaised with a family member, the drivers even calling them half an hour before the delivery to make sure that someone would be at my address. Excellent product, excellent service and the delivery guys were quick, efficient and tidied everything up and took away all packaging. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for any of the products they offer.

A brilliant service and very high quality products.
Ordered a bed for delivery and assembly which was delivered in good time and was assembled in our new loft conversion, the assembly went extremely well and the two guys were very friendly and helpful,
the bed was put exactly where we wanted it, extremely good quality bed and very strong, the best bed I have seen, we were not at all disappointed.
I can recommend this firm and their high quality products without any hesitation.

I have now bought 3 Hasna beds from …
I have now bought 3 Hasna beds from Head2bed. The first two were for my children's rooms which I redecorated as they grew up and most recently I bought from head2bed for our master bedroom after searching extensively on line and the length of Tottenham Court Road. I'm really pleased with the quality and look of the leather headboards. Do consider the headboard lifting gear - I didn't look at this properly and am now ordering after the event because the mattress is very high on the slats ( a nice modern look) but the standard headboard height sits very close to the frame and does need to be lifted up above the mattress for optimum breakfast in bed, newspaper reading comfort.
A bed is Ia big purchase to make without seeing the product but Sabrina will talk you through any questions and allow you to mix and match feet and headboards. She is also very quick with emails and the ordering process is a lot slicker than in a real shop.
The beds are delivered and assembled in the room of your choice and so far ( 3 years on since the first purchase) they are stable and squeak free.
For my son's room I bought reading lights which seemed quite pricey but they are much better quality than I expected. They attach to the headboard ( fitters do that for you) and genuinely do stay put whereever you move the flexible cord. There are two intensities of light, easy to switch on/off the dark/ without looking and the beam points exactly where you want to see.
Matching bedside tables are available which are nice, sturdy enough and arrive assembled but not as impresssive as the beds from a design perspective.
Overall, good design, good quality beds and very efficient service at a value for money price. The only downside is a realively long lead time of about 6 weeks but that gives you time to get rid of your old bed and order a new mattress if you are buying that separately.

They damaged our wall when assembling …
They damaged our wall when assembling the bed. The quality of the paintwork on the headboard is poor for a product as expensive as this. I couldn't complain as I was on holiday when it was delivered, I had to arrange for my daughter in law to let the in, I can't blame her for not noticing the damage. Overall, below standard goods for this price.

Your own delivery and home assembly terms and conditions state that faults must be reported at on the day. As I stated I was on holiday.
If you would like photographic proof of the damage to my wall and the poor paintwork, this can be provided. If however you are going to adhere to your T&C's, then it's probably not worth my effort.

We are sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with us.
However, negative feedback should be a result of lack of service, given the fact that we can all make mistakes, but we all should be given chance to remedy. In your case, we have never heard from you of the issues you complain about. If we had known in due time, we would have taken responsibility and sorted it for you.
With regards to the bed, you mention the paintwork on the headboard is poor. That is not indicative of poor quality, which would have been the case if the finish was poor all over.
It can happen, even to highest quality brands, that a fault is missed at Quality control, so if it is a manufacturing fault, that is obvious and it is obvious on day of delivery as well as two weeks after. We would take care of it and replace the concerned part, but again, we have never been made aware of any issues from you.

Fantastic experience. Had to call to make a few enquiries before deciding which wardrobe to purchase, and received very knowledgeable answers which assisted my decision. Wardrobe beautiful, erected speedily by polite delivery men, would definitely recommend. Communication fantastic.
