Has always the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel more like friends than customers. Claire ike other staff ensured we were happy with the details of rooms and facilities. Seats pre booked, transfered, sorted. Paperwork given, followed by email copy. Many Thanks. See you all soon x

Seen straight away by a lovely young lady named Sophie who is an apprentice at the Stourbridge store. Polite, helpful and attentive to detail. Checked details with senior agents and even reassured us that the details were correct when called back later to check.
