It's always a pleasure to visit Stourbridge branch to book a holiday the staff are all professional.

A great experience, Claire and the team were brilliant and so patient as we really had no clue but we have now booked our river cruise & couldn’t have done it without Claire’s help. A really daunting experience made easy and fun, we did some laughing. Thanks Hays Stourbridge

Mia,your agent was lovely , listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and made us feel at ease when booking as we havn't been away abroad for many years, she answered all our questions and was very helpful regarding what we had to do next? Beth was very informative and friendly. She also gave us useful information regarding transfers. Abbey was also very helpful as she had previously visited Prague and gave us advice on where to visit.

Staff were extremely helpful when our first option wasn't available but still found us a great deal with another package. Thinking that we were going to be disappointed, we left happier than we had imagined.
