Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

From the moment I phoned the hays travel branch was great, Morgan who helped me get the holiday I wanted was nothing more than amazing, nothing was a problem even after I had phoned the branch on numerous times, with her help I've got the perfect cruise and a few days stay in a lovely hotel, can't recommend the Consett branch enough

Highly recommend booking your holiday with Hays. I've never had a bad experience. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you get the best price for your holiday. Big shout out to Amanda, she was fab sorting out our trip to Greece yesterday. She was full of knowledge about the resort making the booking very quick and easy.
