Great experience
Super friendly service on the phone and in store. In store we were helped by Grace who made the holiday booking experience so easy and stress free. She was friendly, professional, polite, patient, and very knowledgeable, would definitely come back to book another holiday.

Booking a cruise
We were looking for a cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Sarah in the Chippenham branch was really supportive in helping us get the cruise that we wanted. We were amazed at how she managed to have two separate phone conversations at the same time in booking the holiday for us, ensuring that we got what we required.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. I booked our 3rd cruise with them with confidence and I’ve recommended them to my family and friends who are interested in a cruise for the first time as they offer all assistance needed in printing tickets, luggage labels and answering and questions about the cruise.

We felt Sarah (P) was excellent
We felt Sarah (P) who dealt with us initially was very good and helpful and found out a lot of info for us which then gave us the chance to review what we wanted to do. After going back in to book our holiday there was a slight 'hiccup' with being able to choose our flight seating but once Sarah was back on the case all went smoothly so THANK YOU.
