So I decided to try Hays travel in town (Chippenham). Sarah could not have been more helpful and reassuring, going through the booking process step by step with me. Now looking forward to my first solo trip to Prague later in the year.

We decided where to go on holiday so went to Hays, as always, booked our holiday, sorry I don't know the name of the member of staff who booked us, but she was very helpful and friendly. Always the same when we go in there, now getting excited and looking forward to our holiday in Fuerteventura.
