The knowledge and experience shown by Claire helped to guide us towards an excellent choice of hotel in Sorrento.
She informed us that it was actually possible to fly out from Newcastle Airport, which was a bonus.
Claire researched many aspects of the hotel so that we were very happy that it suited us well.

Called into the Carlisle branch for information on one of the advertisement’s for a cruise we were very pleased with Jess who gave us great in-depth information on the cruise we were looking at she explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had asked.We booked our cruise with Jess and would like to thank her for her great service she is a credit to the branch

Booked holiday with Hays again and as usual there were no problems. Claire answered all questions and nothing was too much trouble,she made the whole experience very enjoyable, and will be using Hays again in the future.
