I encountered persistent leaks during heavy rainfall and from the toilet. This issue has persisted since the previous agent, but HFL has effectively resolved it. I commend Ella for arranging the necessary repairs.

Dear Mashhur,
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, as this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide to any of our tenants or landlords.
You first reported a small damp patch on your ceiling on Wednesday and provided a photo. Our contractor attended the very next day to assess the issue and supplied a quote over the weekend. Unfortunately, the issue worsened, but we were not made aware of this until Sunday, when you informed us that part of the ceiling had collapsed.
On the same day, we immediately obtained the landlord’s approval and arranged alternative accommodation for you while repairs were carried out.
Our contractor attended again on Tuesday and replaced the entire ceiling. We continue to monitor the situation closely and provide ongoing support to ensure everything is resolved to the highest standard.
Our team is still in contact with you and remains committed to improving your experience.

Bed fixing
I had an issue with a broken bed that had completely collapsed whilst I was back at home for the previous weekend and I realised something wasn’t right when I came back. I emailed Hassle Free who’s amazing communication with the landlord and the maintenance guy and I got given a brand new bed as a replacement within 1 hour. It was all sorted out within 3 hours and finished by lunch time! Incredible team at Hassle Free who are so lovely and always respond so quickly to anything!
