Wow......just wow......I had a problem property that had been empty for months, Charlotte and Lorraine took over the marketing, 10 viewings within 4 days, referenced within another 4 days and due to move in this week......... absolutely amazing. I've worked with Charlotte as a contractor before, she was amazing then, but she is even better as a landlord! 5 stars only because I can't give 6!

We needed a new fridge and Ella did an excellent job at kicking of the process for it by speaking to the landlord and even working with local agents for delivery and installation of the new fridge. The annual electrical safety check at our property identified potentially serious issues that required prompt rectification. As usual, Ella was extremely quick to forward the quotation for repairs and to instruct the contractor as soon as we had authorised the work. Consequently, important safety-related work was carried out in a timely manner - many thanks Ella. My award of 4 stars, rather than 5, is because we had to pay the full cost of the work in advance rather than it being deducted from the rental income. However, we understand that was a contractor's requirement, not HFL policy.
