Excellent item at a good price.
Little disappointed I ordered on sat night and wasn't dispatched until wed .
However once on its way came within 2 days .
Will definitely shop here again

Ordered a Ratten Light Grey sofa set, 2 armchairs and a 3 seat sofa plus a dual height table. All look and fit onto to our patio excellently. Good quality and very comfortable shaped cushions, back&seats, the raised table gives it an added dimension. Arrive and unpacked well, the delivery driver had a few problems unloading but got there in the end and friendly&helpful. Would Harts Furniture on quality and style.

The furniture is beautiful......we are delighted with it

But......the friendly and personal service is even better

There was a small hitch with the transport sub-contractor, not in anyway Harts' fault, but the sales representative that dealt with us went out of his way to resolve the matter very efficiently

I ordered a Solo stove/firepit.

It arrived in a timely fashion. Correspondence was good and it was also priced competitively.

Difficulty with website ordering but after a very helpful phone call my order was placed. Prompt delivery and great comms. Delighted with my patio set, good quality and love the brown colour. Be aware the item is delivered on a pallet requiring transfer and disposal.

WOW, after searching many companies for out door cube furniture I came across this wonderful company Harts furniture, on reading all the 7 pages of 5* reviews and then speaking with the lovely very helpful Andrew who was able to answer any & all of my questions ( UNLIKE A WELL KNOWN COMPANY THAT I UNSUBSCRIBED FROM STRAIGHT AFTER MY PHONE CALL) I ordered with Andrew on Tuesday 16TH July & Andrew informed me the delivery would be on Friday 19th July. In this time I was kept up to date with my order payment confirmation & delivery confirmation, plus a phone call from the fabulous driver who was so polite and helpful best ever. This furniture really is of high quality as mentioned better than the pictures, I purchased the Heritage 8 seater with rod weave which really is the bee's knee's, the set arrives on a pallet so well packed not only on the inside but on the outside too NO DAMAGES. All items are already built and you just have to screw the table top to the frame 10 bolt's & an Allan key also supplied so simple but extremally strong. I really would not hesitate to purchase from this company in the future in fact I would only purchase from Hart's Furniture. A big thank you to Andrew and hopefully my thanks passed on to the fantastic delivery driver who was so polite & helpful.

Bought replacement cushion covers for our rattan furniture. Have purchased furniture from Hart’s too and always great customer service. Andrew at Hart’s answered our questions promptly and gave us advice on which ones we needed. Arrived really quickly and very pleased with them. I was hunting down the Solo Stove Ranger 2.0 as it was out of stock at another high street retailer and more expensive with a well-known online retailer. Easy website to use, quick delivery, and kept informed of delivery. The only thing I didn't get was a receipt for my payment, which worried me for a moment as I'd never used Harts before. However, all is well!

I'd not heard of the company previously but they popped up when I was looking for a specific table top fire. Their price was cheaper than Amazon and so after a bit of hmm-ing and ahh-ing I decided to 'risk' it.! I was very happy - comms were great and speed of delivery was very quick and the package was extremely well wrapped - everything was perfect. I don't normally write reviews but was happy to do so in this instance

Bought a tabletop Solo Stove. Great product. Great price. Great service.

review of my experience the good and the bad.
1. Delivery date provided and on the day of delivery I received a text advising a 2 hour time slot. Delivery was made within the timeframe by a very helpful driver.
2. No problem with kerbside delivery, however, the pallet hight was over 6ft tall(even the driver commented on this) so unfortunately I couldn't reach the top. This should have been split into 2 pallets and I would have been happy to pay a delivery charge for this but this isn't offered.
3. pallet straps too tight and damaged top boxes which I noted on the delivery note. Along with a foot to a bench/stool sticking out of the box again noted.
4. One box was stacked the wrong way up(clearly states on box which way to stack)
5. Once we lined the sofa together (it came in 5 pieces) the 2 chair sections do not line up with the rest of the sofa. The seat part does, but the back of the seat almost looks warped so then doesn't form a clean line with the backs of the other sofas. I have reported this to Harts within 24 hrs of receipt and waiting a response.
All in all the delivery experience was great and I wanted to post this as a lot of other reviews stated bad delivery feedback. General quality of the furniture looks okay however, for a spend of £1500 I do expect the furniture to align correctly so I await Harts response.

A very helpful company. Good process throughout and a choice of delivery dates. We had to move the delivery date and it was no problem.
