After purchasing a very poor rattan set from the Range, which I returned I came across HF.

I gave them a call and spoke to Andrew, who is the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with.

I opted for the 6 seater Ascot reclining set and the delivery was set for Thursday which was 5 days away

On the day of the delivery I got a call from the delivery company stating that the delivery was delayed and it would now be Friday. Not a problem these things happen. Unbeknown to me Andrew had been tracking the order and emailed an apology to me.

The next day Andrew was in constant touch with me re the delivery. At the end of the day it’s not HF fault that the delivery was delayed.

When I received the furniture I can tell you now it was worth the wait. I am a very picky person and demand quality. The whole set is absolute quality, I simply cannot fault the build and look of it.

Once you sit on them and recline you can see why they are expensive it’s because they are made properly and professionally.

I am now a lifelong customer of HF and don’t let a delayed delivery cloud your judgement of this amazing furniture.

Excellent experience with our garden furniture order. Great communication, delivery on the day we asked for, and accurate delivery timings given. Some bolts were missing and replacements were sent immediately, no questions asked. Andrew gave great customer service. Thank you very much :). Would highly recommend.

We ordered a rattan corner sofa set from Harts Furniture after having a bad experience with another company who failed to deliver or even refund (The credit card company recovered the money in the end). Harts furniture were the total opposite giving a great service! Although similarly priced to the other company, Harts responded quickly and delivered the right furniture in perfect condition within a few days. They are an outstanding company which we would highly recommend.

My cube set has only lasted 3 years, the rattan under the glass table top has gone brittle and is falling apart. Customer Services have told me it should have been covered at all times when not in use as the glass gets very hot in the sun and dries it out - serious design fault ( not to mention a fire hazard). Friends with similar sets leave theirs out all year round with no problem, whereas I cover mine for 8 months of the year and have the umbrella over it during the summer. It’s impractical to remove the umbrella in between uses so that the cover can be put on - it’s not the look we want and there’s literally no point in having an outdoor set. Unfortunately only a 2 year warranty.

Spent a lot of time shopping around for the right (for us) decking furniture for our new deck at home. Came across the Ascot Range from Harts and it seemed to fit the bill. Spoke to Andrew who was very helpful and informative. We ordered the Ascot set. We were given a delivery date, it arrived on the delivery date. We set it up on the same afternoon and we were so pleased with the results. The Ascot set is just as we hoped it would be. Comfortable, well made and looks great on our new deck. We were kept well informed at all times from both the company and the delivery company.
Can’t comment on the longevity re wear etc but with a 5year frame guarantee and a two year rattan and cushion warranty we feel this is money well spent and great value.

We previously bought garden furniture from Harts Furniture approximately 10 years ago and were very pleased with it so we had no hesitation in going back to them when we were in the market for a new different set.
Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable when we made an initial enquiry and subsequently ordered a new set.
The quality of the furniture was excellent as before, however we had a slight issue with one of the pieces. I liaised with Andrew and sent him some photos as requested and he quickly resolved the problem with no quibbling and agreed to replace the item. He even got one of his team to build the unit to double check that the unit that he was sending out was all ok.
So to summarise - great quality, well priced, and outstanding customer service.

This company really is one of the few places where any enquiries are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and professionally.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for their products and services and will definitely purchase from them again.

From the very beginning, i.e. making up my mind which colour would be best, to the actual delivery, this company were more than helpful. Breakable parcel packed extremely carefully. Also delivered very quickly.

Ordered an outside table and 4 chairs plus parasol and cover and was impressed with the high level of quality and more especially the customer care throughout the whole process. I recently purchased the Liv Denver garden set due to its modern design. Delivery and after-care service was excellent, especially as I had a follow on query about the furniture cover. Price, quality and service are first class.
