We have used HS many times to go from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen to the ferry. Always on time, always clean and polite. Drivers spoke enough English to get by. Really a good transport company.

Nothing but good things to say about Happpy Shuttle! We had several airline delays while traveling to our destination this year and The staff at Happy Shuttle was great, answering emails and texts reassuring us they would be there when we now were arriving at 12am instead of 3pm. The driver text us when we landed and was ready to bring us to our resort. The Shuttle back was uneventful the driver was great, friendly, showed up on time. The vehicles were impeccable Clean. I would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled a round trip shuttle for 8 passengers well in advance. The leaving time from the airport was very late. We paid for water and beer in advance on the shuttle and the driver kept it! We have booked many trips through Happy Shuttle and have never had problems. I have sent several emails and called a couple of times about our upcoming trips in a couple of months to setup service. I have yet to hear back from them. The service was definitely different this time. It was disappointing and when we asked at the hotel they agreed. They said Happy Shuttle use to be the best but now the service was not so good.

Second time using Happy Shuttle in the last few months and they were reliable, efficient and all around excellent. Transportation is such a stress when traveling, but they make pick up times and processes so easy. The hosts who take you to your shuttle and the drivers are great. A well run team and system.

Happy shuttle was expert, on time, professional, and got us safely from the airport to our Airbnb in Akumal, and returned us from Akumal to the airport for our departure. We will use them again if we are in the area.

Whenever we visit from the UK we always use Happy Shuttle. The whole experience is seamless and reliable. It beats the protracted coach transfers hands down.
The team are always there to meet you in arrivals and your taxi is with you swiftly. The transfer is quick and efficient and reasonably priced. We always feel safe and assured booking with Happy Shuttle.

There was 27 members of our family and Happy shuttle were on time and able to get everyone to the hotel and see that we were to the airport on time. The vehicles were very clean the drivers excellent.

On arrival had to look for 10 minutes for someone from happy shuttle then had to wait a further 40 minutes for our transfers

Return trip with Happy was a positive experience, with the pick up and drop off of the rest of my party at another terminal. Polite and on time. The only negative was the wait to get to my hotel. other wise I it was a good experience, very easy to book online and great communication via email.

We have booked Happy Shuttle twice now and the service has been outstanding. The only draw back for us was that WE did not have enough conversational Spanish to converse effectively with the driver this go around. This did not affect Happy SHuttle's services, just our ability to get locals recommendations during our drive.
Highly recommend the service, especially if you know enough Spanish to interact any driver that is assigned.

We had a wonderful experience overall...to and from the resort.

Getting through the multitude of people in the airport (watch out for those folks with their clipboard) and finding the Happy Shuttle drivers was a bit challenging, but that's to be expected when there are hordes of humanity milling about.

We have been using Happy Shuttle for many years and they have been fantastic each and every time. We have never experienced an issue using their services. Their staff is friendly and always eager to help from airport pick up, to ferry transportation to and from Isla Mujeres as well as trips to playa del Carmen and all of the different parks. They're easy to book with and reliable. We will continue to utilize their services every time we travel to Cancun!

Shortly before our trip, we found out our hotel never booked our shuttle with our reservation. Panic set in and we researched shuttles. This one had the most positive reviews and it had a private shuttle. So we booked. I was nervous initially since we don’t speak Spanish. It was a little confusing initially to find the shuttle group. But just mentioning the business name and we were pointed in the right direction. The staff were all clearly marked and friendly. We felt well taken care of and safe. Our driver back to the airport was extremely pleasant and told us a lot about the history and area. We will use them again if we ever return.

Thank you for the easy experience of getting a shuttle in a new place! Easy to book, easy instructions on how to find our ride, and our driver was patient and helpful when we were trying to find the exact location of our VRBO. I would definitely recommend and book with you again

Recientemente utilicé Happy Shuttle Cancun para mi traslado de ida y vuelta entre el aeropuerto y el Occidental Tucancún para mi viaje de cumpleaños, y el servicio fue absolutamente excelente de principio a fin.

Desde el primer momento, reservar en línea fue increíblemente simple y fácil. Cuando llegué, las camionetas que usaron eran claramente nuevas y tenían un aire acondicionado excelente, lo cual se agradece muchísimo con el calor de Cancún.

Ambas partes del viaje—la dejada en el hotel y la recogida de regreso—fueron súper fluidas, puntuales y sin estrés, haciendo que mi celebración comenzara de la mejor manera. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento muy especial a los dos caballeros que me llevaron. Aunque se me escapan sus nombres en este momento, su profesionalismo, actitud de bienvenida y hospitalidad de primer nivel destacaron de inmediato. De verdad me cuidaron excelente y se aseguraron de que llegara seguro y cómodo. (Administración: Por favor, revisen los detalles de mi reserva para los traslados al Occidental Tucancún para que puedan darle a estos dos fantásticos conductores el reconocimiento interno que se merecen por ayudar a que mi viaje de cumpleaños fuera genial).

Si están buscando un traslado al aeropuerto que sea confiable, amable y sin complicaciones en Cancún, no duden en reservar con Happy Shuttle. ¡Definitivamente los volveré a usar en mi próxima visita!

Have used in the past twice. The hotel pickup taking you back to the airport when leaving is excellent. The arrival is TERRIBLE. There are long waits every time. Always a different excuse. I ended up leaving the happyshuttle area and taking a taxi. There was NO COMPENSATION for the failed pickup. I waited over an hour before taking it in my own hands.

Took a very long time to check in with the agent as there was a line and he kept letting people cut to the front of it. From there another 40 for our shuttle to actually arrive. Ride back to the airport was good and on time.

I chose to use Happy Shuttle because I was taking my bike in a box from the airport to the ferry in Playa del Carmen. There is NO help with baggage with the ADO buses. My driver was very helpful and spoke slowly in Spanish with me so I could understand.
When I was searching shuttle options Happy Shuttle came up as the best for service, price, and reviews. They also responded quickly to to my questions sent by email as I was planning my trip.
The only disappointment was waiting 15-20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive once I made contact with the representative outside the terminal. Perhaps if you supplied a free cold drink to your customers while they waited, it would be an excellent "bienvenido" and take their minds off the wait.
