Bought a mattress in the furniture store in Cross Hands. I was really impressed by the fantastic range of bedding ---matresses/beds/pillows/headboards etc in the store and the price range catered for all pockets.I was helped by a very professional sales person called Ceri and he was very knowledgeable and could not be more helpful. Diolch Ceri. I would certainly buy in this store again .

Bought a leather sofa and chair with recliners about 6 weeks ago noticed 2 weeks ago there was a problem with the sofa arm with padding missing over the wooden frame corner so rang the shop, and to be fair they did replace the sofa. It arrived last Thursday and was dropped off in the living room with no covering on the item, the next day we went away for 3 day break, today i noticed the sofa had a small tear near the bottom and for curiosity checked the chair over and noticed that this also had a small tear right at the bottom where the stitching is located. Rang the shop to tell them and felt guilty as hell after my discussion with the sales person who said sorry but its a bit late after 6 weeks to report a fault so we would not exchange the chair and was made to feel like we were at fault for the mark which is definitely not the case. I was told by the person i should have checked it when it was delivered, but due to ill health I am not in a position to be moving heavy furniture around so i am left with new furniture just waiting for the split to get worse. If i could give the Llansamlet team a zero i would but i have to give the 1 star.
Update
Today i got a call from an area manager who was very understanding and polite and he has now promised a replacement chair and sofa, so i would like to say thank you very much as we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to our replacement. Thank you again for sorting out this issue it is very much appreciated.
In answer to your reply of my review I did say to you on the phone that it was a “scuff” The item was unpacked when it came to my home and due to the fact that I am not telepathic how am I supposed to know what is going on in the van. Goods were delivered to the room of choice and did sign for them but im afraid that there was no time to check and was not asked to check them before they left due to the position of the “scuff” it was real hard to see it and due to ill health I am not in a position to be throwing furniture around and trust due care is taken to provide me with an item fit for purpose and like you say the damage could have been done by an hoover or door opening into it “like a van door for example which I totally agree with” or maybe while being moved around a warehouse ?? in answer to your last comment about making sure I check the goods on delivery next time, well due to the tone of your letter there wont be a next time and maybe your customer service attitude needs checking the same time as your furniture. Maybe santa will bring you some this year. Well we will leave it to the public to make their own opinion and your tone and underlying implications. Have a nice day

After helping my mother with health issues move her furniture around, we found her electric mobility recliner chair from happy home furniture's had a bolt missing from underneath.
We thought it would be a simple matter of speaking to the shop, so they could simply send the correct
missing bolt as it is under warrenty.
They told us the bolt that is there, shouldn't be there and for us to remove it. Which we were not willing to do as this could potentially make it more unsafe and void the warrenty if we did this.
When we asked again just for the correct bolt to be sent to us, we were then accused of removing the missing bolt ourselves!
After realising they weren't going to help us, we asked if we could have the manufacturer details to go through them to be told no.
This leaves me questioning who their supplier is?
This chair was not cheap. This company is selling faulty products to vulnerable people.
Please get in touch ASAP to sort this out as this is causing distress.
If you will not give us the manufacturer details, please get In touch with them yourselves, so they can supply the correct missing item.

This mobility chair was delivered defective and due to the location of the bolt, it has only just been noticed which is a concern. Surely your products should go through an inspection before being delivered. Under the warrenty we are requesting a repair please for the missing bolt to make this chair safe.

Great atmosphere in the Crosshands shop. No pushy sales tactics - we were left to browse and try out riser/recliner chairs. Once we'd made up our minds we were served by Ceri who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed and would recommend.

Today I was served by Greg. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and could not do enough for me. He is a credit to your store! I will definitely be returning.

Delivery of the bed came on time and was dumped in the room. No instructions regarding what to do. The bed was straight forward enough, but the feet needed a thump with a hammer to get them in. No holes in the base to accommodate the headboard so it is currently standing behind the bed. My husband and I are both disabled so have struggled with this. Obviously today it's too much to expect assistance with a delivery, even though the sales assistant at the point of sale said it would be done for us.

Liked a mattress,ordered it,came into store,notified by text its in store friday,and ready to deliver out fir following Tuesday,brilliant service

Amazing!! Needed a single bed & mattress urgently. Adam was so helpful. Called us back when expected with exactly what we needed. Took photos for us to see before we left for the store. Speedy service. Items in stock which we took back with us there and then. Excellent quality at a very affordable price. Would thoroughly recommend

Excellent service from start to finished. Ordered my table and chairs online and was notified by text when item was in the warehouse. Phoned to arrange delivery. Delivery was on date requested and the delivery team kept me update on estimated time of delivery.
Delivery team were excellent and placed item where requested ready for assembly.

Be really careful when buying from this store I bought some bedside tables I had changed my mind shortly after and even though I had only just left the store and only paid a deposit I had to forfeit 20%
Needless to say I won't be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service,Ceri and Scott in the Crosshands store were very helpful and polite, ordered it on the Thursday and Ceri got it put on next days delivery. The delivery men give us a call in the morning to say they were on their way and brought it in and unpacked and put it together for us, Gavin and Billy were their names, they were polite and friendly. We were very impressed with the service that we got, Well done Crosshands store ,would recommend and use them again.

Happy Home Furnishers in Port Talbot were very helpful when we recently visited the shop, more than I can say for the staff at Llansamlet.
We purchased the Berlin Table & 6 chairs. We are so happy with it, easy to put together and it looks amazing!

Phil was amazing and very knowledgeable. We've been to Happy Homes a lot over the years and they are always top notch. We highly recommend them to anyone!

I visited the branch at Crosshands Carmarthenshire, the customer service from Steve was amazing! He had an excellent mix of humour and support, top salesman! Made the whole experience very straightforward, would definitely go there again.

Great firm to deal with, bought a bed and had delivered the following day!
When I needed to speak with them to arrange delivery the phone was answered immediately by the store themselves instead of a call centre you get with other firms
