I was really in trouble with having no control for my central heating but they had the right part at the right time and it was with me within 2 days

Searched for a suitable replacement for the Honeywell as the temperature buttons won't working properly. Found the Hanicks site with this controller and checked it out. Purchased and received so quickly. Quick read of the instructions and it was programmed and linked to the boiler in 20 minutes. So much better than the Honeywell, really pleased with it. Hanicks customer service excellent too.

The part was fitted to our boiler and it made the hot water work very hot that we needed.

Ordered a PCB for Vaillant combi boiler Sunday arrived Tuesday 1st class service. Now installed and running. Only original part. No third party substitute. Will use this company again..

Hanicks' refund policy does not comply with UK law. Refused a refund. Don't trust them.
Don't believe their replies. UK law permits all products bought unseen online to be returned (including if opened). Hanicks do not comply with UK law.

Product was faulty so returned it with proof of posting and tracked receipt but they claimed that it had not been received and would not refund me!. Maybe a little suspect don’t you think?

The response was a bat off as the actual manufacturer replaced the timer in the end when it was proven faulty, but that does not excuse the fact that this supplier denied receipt of the return even after proof was provided!

I would highly recommend Hanicks to anyone.The product arrived exactly as advertised and was so well wrapped it couldn't be damaged during shipping.
The product I received ( Glow worm analogue timer clock ) is working absolutely perfect.Top marks to Hanicks from really happy customer.

Really great product and super fast delivery which was needed as our carbon monoxide sensor stopped working. Would definitely recommend the product and the company.

My new programmer arrived quickly and was really easy to pair with my existing relay box using the you tube video.

Truly awful experience and total lack of any customer support from this company. The thermostat they sent me was broken, it had a pin snapped off inside. I returned it to them the same day and they only refunded half my money. After disputing this I eventually got a full refund, then a couple of weeks later they re-charged my card almost the full amount saying I “returned then the wrong product”. This is a complete lie, I had no other thermostat I could possibly send them, and time after time asking them to prove this or re-issue my refund, they’ve totally ignored my messages. Amazon have been unable to help because Hanicks isn’t bothering to respond to their messages either!
I’m almost £200 out with no thermostat, I’ve don’t nothing wrong, and this awful, thieving company have disappeared off the face of the earth. Just give me my money back! I’m pregnant and don’t need this anxiety or to have lost so much money!
