The garden furniture came very quickly. The deli very man kindly brought them round the back into the garden

Shockingly poor service. We had to wait a month for delivery of a sofa, only for the delivery driver to say that it couldn’t be delivered on the day. We’ve had articulated lorries dropping off building materials with ease, and yet this driver couldn’t be bothered to even do his job. Not only did we need to initially wait ages, we had completely prepped the living room for the sofa, getting rid of the existing one we had, leaving us with an unusable front room with 2 young children in the house. Totally unacceptable service from the delivery team with shockingly poor communication, and then the Argos/Habitat customer service team were beyond unhelpful with the follow up. The type of experience that makes sure you never buy from a company ever again.

I have always loved Habitat products because of the style & quality, but did not love the substandard plastic part (already scratched), which fits over the centre of the otherwise metal feet base of the Haki Chair Grey.
The chair is easy to assemble, with clear instructions & aesthetically pleasing.
The fabric feels & looks nice.
The chair looks stylish, is comfortable to sit on & easy to manoeuvre.
I had to place my order as a guest, as there were password problems with the site, which still showed my old address even though I have moved house 3½ years ago.
My order was processed swiftly & the Argos Collection point at Sainsbury's in Loughborough is convenient.
The 2 Argos staff could do with training in customer service as they looked bored & worse had a chat whilst serving me, which is my "pet hate". I managed to get a smile out of one of them eventually.

Very easy process from order to pickup and a great product.

Chair excellent light supportive and comfy. Excellent delivery.

I had guests coming over so oredered bedding, matress toppers and pillows. All arrived next day as scheduled and everything is great quality for very good value.

Customer service was absolutely appalling on pick up, asked if they had given me all the boxes and I had to go back for a second pick up when it was apparent they hadn’t, the service on the front desk weren’t in the slightest apologetic

Great product delivered on time and in good shape by polite delivery men.

The team were very organised. I love my new sofas they have transformed the room.

Got my items delivered next day to the local Sainsbury’s. Returned them as they didn’t go with my room and got a refund within two days. Lots of companys take 3 or more weeks to refund after returns so this was great.

Ordered 2 Callie foot stools in teal, one was sent out with wrinkled fabric and a ridge mid way along the side, don't think it was quality checked?

I have now received my replacement which is fine....

Lovely chairs at a good price. I am replacing identical chairs but different colour that we bought 11 years ago. Our old chairs were still functional but the seats had got a bit shabby and a couple had tears in them. Constant use for 11 years and with young grandchildren I do not think it was unreasonable wear and tear.

The quality of the bedsheets are really bad. I’m very dissapointed in them

The bean bag broke after the first use. Annoyingly as I picked the item up in store (ordered online) I had to return to the store. This isn’t all that easy with a broken bean bag. As I ordered the item online I would have expected the online helpline team to be able to help! Sadly not.

The chair bed was as described and came very soon after being ordered. It was straightforward to add the legs etc. The instructions were clear. The colour is lovely.
The chair is comfortable. It has not yet been used as a bed.
