Always arrives on time very nice delivery people always pleasent and helpful

The ordering process was a bit 'clunky' Ideally I would have liked to do click & collect, however it wasn't especially easy to determine if the 2 products I ordered were available to collect! So I had them delivered.

The delivery was a few day's and lots if good updates which was great!

I was really impressed by how well the items were packed, they all arrived in perfect condition.

Cushions and throws were excellent quality and gorgeous colours.
Love the way suggestions for accessories are made when buying and found a lovely matching vase because of this.

My order didn't arrive as scheduled. Had to contact Argos three times over three days to get answers. Was told I had to cancel. Order not processed despite delivery slot etc. Lost promotional discount on order. Lo and behold the stock available in local Argos at full price. Online others having same experience with promoted products. Feel played

Good quality; good price; easy to order & collect

I wanted to order fabric swatches for a sofa. I tried phone, chat and facebook messenger - this is the response: We're really sorry, but because of the high number of queries we're receiving at the moment, we're only able to deal with order related queries. You can find the answers to lots of questions on our FAQ page on our website blah, [blah/faq/coronavirus-covid-19__ ] (if you can believe it!!)
Tried customerservices email address I found online - mail bounced.
This has taken two or more hours.
It gets a lot worse - info on websites incorrect, etc, etc. - not worth going into detail.
How can one buy furniture in this way, I don't know.

Couldn't give you 5 stars because your online systems lost me a day 'waiting-in' when it wasn't coming despite it allowing me to book said day ! Also your AI thing is utter crap and just cycles round the same questions and irrelevant links, it took 'ages' to actual 'find' a real person to converse ! That aside where you try saving money through rubbish AI and internet systems, the two items purchased were great, when they finally arrived I got a call as promised to confirm and the hour slot, the items were as promised with no travel damage, everything was in the boxes and the instructions were good ! Once built I'm more than happy with the two items ! Thanks

Once I had completed my research on the best mattress for my needs, Habitat were the most competitively priced. The delivery service was excellent. The driver and mate were courteous, helpful and very professional. I am loving the mattress.
