Great prices, great service.
As a relatively local company I'd have bought from them anyway, but theirs was the best price for what is a fairly niche item, and was delivered without fuss in just a couple of days.

A great guitar case, brilliant snug fit, prompt delivery. I’ve only score 4 stars since customer service could have been a little better since on telephone conversation I was directed to the Hiscox website and not given any advice other than you have 14 days to return the item if it doesn’t fit. This item was delivered speedily and well packaged two weeks ago,just got around to trying this out . This pedal is fun to play with, but it may take a while before I can think of a way to employ it usefully. Think I will have to try this with other stomps in the chain. Glad I bought this pedal, easy to use, but may take a while to figure out how ! Inexpensive for the many things this thing can do. Like it, may get to love it. Thanks Digitech.

Very pleased with Merchant City Music as I ordered the music stand on on Tuesday and it arrived two days later on the Thursday. I'm not sure anyone could do much better than that. The stand was well packaged and was exactly as described. Excellent!

My new Sigma SGJA-SG200 (Autumn Burst)
Treated myself to a brand new Sigma SGJA-SG200 (Autumn Burst) acoustic guitar a couple of days ago. Had been considering one for a while but wanted to spend a bit of time with one before I bought. Popped into Merchant City Music and spoke to Richard there who couldn’t have been any more helpful or patient. Left me alone with the guitar for as long as I needed and answered any questions I had. I actually ended up buying the more expensive option but they gave me a great discount so I was well chuffed at the end of the day. Big shout out to Richard. Lovely bloke. Thanks for all your help. 👍

Excellent service, excellent Reveren Bass
I was interested in Reverend Basses, and they are perhaps, the only stockist in the UK.
After ringing the store and having a productive conversation with one of the staff, who was extremely helpful, I purchased a Reverend Dub King.
It arrived via my preferred delivery service DPD so that was a bonus too.
The instrument is a thing of beauty, well made and only re quired a small truss rod adjustment to set up.
It plays well with a depth of tone that astonished my playing partner.
Well done to Merchant City Music for importing and providing an excellent service to me. Top marks to Reverend guitars for providing extremely good quality and value for money.
