I made a purchase and an email was send saying there is a red flag and needed to know my date of birth, I then got an email saying my order was cancelled due to some products not available. Ive been a customer of Guess for many years

Marciano by Guess: Rock und Blazer kamen schnell und zusammen, sie waren solide verpackt (wenn auch sehr zusammengepresst, was Tweed nichts ausmacht), ein Lieferschein lag nicht bei, dafür eine frankierte Retourenetikette. ABER
- der Blazer wies blaue, auf der Website nicht erkennbare Fäden auf,
- die Konfektionsgrößen sind italienisch, also immer plus 4 (wer 36 bestellt erhält 32 - 40 wäre die richtige Angabe auf dem Bestellschein).
Ich hätte den Rücksendegrund gerne angekreuzt bzw. erläutert.

Been A Customer For Over 10 Years, But No Longer
Oh how Guess has fallen. I've been a customer for more than 10 years and the current state of the company is shocking, I'll definitely not be buying anything from Guess ever again.
I purchased a coat online as a birthday present for someone, and I had to buy well enough in advance of the birthday to ensure the gift arrived in time for the celebration. By the time the birthday happened and the recipient determined the coat didn't fit, we had passed the 30-day return window.
I did not think this would be an issue as normally you'd just take the item to a physical store and exchange it for something else/store credit. It was never worn, only tried on once, in brand new condition and in original packaging. Not only would the store not exchange it but they suggested we call customer service to get the exchange window extended, which we did and were promptly denied.
This has got to be the worst return policy I've ever seen from a retail brand. Buying clothes online inherently means you won't know if it fits until you get it. Having such an idiotic return policy makes it nearly impossible to buy a gift for someone without risking it not fitting properly and not being able to exchange it.
Dumb policy, terrible customer service. We are now stuck with a $200 coat that cannot be worn, brand new. Will never buy from GUESS again.
Also, side note, the product quality was notably bad. I understand this was faux leather and not real leather, but for $200 I expected something that looked fancier. This was made cheaply in China and it definitely showed. This brand has fallen so far, it's sad.

Quiero expresar mi profunda decepción con la tienda GUESS en Tarragona. Somos clientas habituales de la tienda de Barcelona, pero últimamente ya habíamos notado un trato bastante agresivo en las ventas.
Hoy, 11 de noviembre, intenté devolver un vestido sobre las 15:45 y la experiencia fue realmente desagradable. Las dependientas —una muy alta y morena con el pelo largo, y la otra también morena con el pelo largo— se tomaron un tiempo excesivo revisando el vestido y cuchicheando de espaldas. Finalmente, me informaron que el vestido no tenía la etiqueta, cuando en realidad sí la tenía. Sospecho que la retiraron durante la revisión, ya que la entregué con ella.
Me sentí tratada con desconfianza e incomodidad. Por esta razón, hemos decidido no volver a comprar jamás en ninguna tienda GUESS.

overall the experience was frustrating because the store clerks in Barcelona (upper Paseo de Gracia) did not know the procedure in case of defective items bought in another country. they stated that every country has their own policy and that they could not make an exchange or return; they were unaware that the solution was to write to customer service and request a voucher.
the store clerks for Guess Accessories (lower Paseo de Gracia) were great--they knew about the existence of vouchers and honored the voucher.

Compré hace 5 años una chaqueta de polipiel por 100€, está entera pelada la zona del cuello y aún que tenga 5 años no la he usado tanto como para eso, además que por ese precio ni en 5 ni en 10 debería estar así el problema es que TODO es de malísima calidad, productos chinos a precio de ORO. No compréis vais a tirar el dinero .

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Guess. I ordered a pair of shoes worth £170, and after more than three weeks, I still haven’t received them or a refund. The parcel was lost by Evri, but the way Guess handled it has been even more frustrating.
When I first called customer service, I was told they would ask Evri to investigate, but I didn’t hear anything back for four days. When I called again for an update, I was treated very unfairly by Lilly, who was completely unhelpful and refused to escalate my case to a manager.
For a brand like Guess, I expected much better service and accountability. I’ve been left out of pocket with no resolution and no proper communication. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Guess online until they improve their customer support.

Ho acquistate delle sneakers da donna Guess estive di colore nero a parte la scomodità nell’indossarle perché il materiale è duro, si sono completamente scollate sul davanti entrambe. Le ho portate dal ciabattino ma mi è stato detto che per motivi legati alla vulcanizzazione del processo non era possibile fare nulla perché qualsiasi colla non “lega”, ho provato anch’io per non buttarle visto che le ho utilizzate solo una stagione ma nulla da fare. Delusissima, mai più scarpe Guess 😓
Null Service bei Guess
Ich habe eine Hose im Ladengeschäft im Urlaub gekauft. 140,00 €. Rechts an der Hüfte 3 große Nieten, links an der Hüfte auch 3 Nieten.
Nach 4 Monaten fiel eine Niete ab, da ist jetzt ein Loch. Ich wollte eine neue Niete zum selber anmachen haben, gibt es nicht. stattdessen soll ich mit einem 30% Gutschein für Guess zufrieden sein, weil der Mangel nicht wesentlich sein soll. Kein Mensch trägt so eine Hose, wo die Nieten nicht gleich auf beiden Seiten sind.
Nachbessern, umtauschen oder Geld zurück, das sagt das Gesetz. Jetzt muss ich meine Rechtsschutz zu Hilfe nehmen, es ist einfach lächerlich.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Guess store in Westfield White City London . I had already purchased two pairs of shoes and was looking to buy an additional handbag, which would have increased the store’s revenue. Unfortunately, the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. After waiting 45 minutes, I was given a display piece of the handbag that was damaged and not properly sealed. The staff also refused to provide their names or the store manager’s name when I requested it.
This all happened at around 7:30 PM today, and it’s very disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand like Guess. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me directly to address these issues.
I hope the store can improve their service in the future.

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. I wanted to return an item and I was not able to take it to the drop-off place and ask if they would accept if I send it some other way because I need somebody to collect the parcel. They ignored three of my emails. They reply to 2 of my emails on the general generally repeating their return policy without any answer really needless to say I have warned all my friends and I will never be ordering from Guess ever again.
