Shit refund process from guess.I'm extremely frustrated with Guess' refund process. It's been over 3 months, and I still haven't received my £200 refund. I've interacted with their customer service multiple times, but it's like talking to a wall. They don't provide proper responses, and it feels like they're dealing with aliens for refund process . Most companies process refunds within 14 days, but Guess is taking an eternity. I'm starting to think I'll only get my money back when I pass away, and maybe my grandchildren will receive it. I'm still waiting, and it's been a terrible experience.hopefully guess making something special money for me so I have to wait may it’s take more then 200years

I ordered an item on 2 January and I received on 10 January but I didn’t like it so I want to return it .I sent them item on 15 January and they received item on 19 January.Today is 5 feb already 14 business days past.I contact to customer service they told me you’re still on 14 business days,you have time your deadline is not finished.EXCUSE ME ARE YOU JOKING. I paid you 34 days ago and I sent your item 21 days ago and I’m still not having my refund.%100 I’m not gonna order any GUESS item again. Terrible customer service they spoke like a robot.
Nie wieder betrete ich einen Guess Shop... alle nur Billigware
ich habe vor genau 6 Monaten meinen Koffer den ich für 270.- € gekauft hab, reklamiert. Da die Garantie gerade 2 Monate abgelaufen war , wollte ich ihn lediglich repariert haben. Immerhin war er gerade 3 mal im Einsatz bevor der Griff sich verabschiedet hat. Schon das war mehr als ärgerlich. Die Reklamation verlief dann so, ich habe Fotos geschickt und alles was man so für eine Reklamation so braucht.... nun gut bis heute warte ich aus einen Termin für die Reparatur ich werde nur hingehalten mit KI gesteuerten Meldungen. NIE wieder betrete ich einen Guess Shop

I bought pant that ran very big , I could’ve fit them I asked for a return label which they gave me a hard time they finally gave me the returned label they received the pants but never refunded me my 103.00!so I called the representative act like he couldn’t find me in the system I provided him the tracking number then he had nothing to say , I don’t know why they haven’t refunded your money it’s been months now. He promised me someone will call me back it been weeks no returned called. I wanted my money back from Guess , I have been a customer for 30 plus years. I won’t never shop here again.
Their e-gift card option is a silly joke
Their e-gift card is a silly joke. I tried to purchase the gift card online, then I tried to place my order by the phone twice. Every single time my payment was rejected. I called my bank and I found out that there were no problem with my bank account. The Guess reps were unable to explain me why my order was denied. They ruined my gift for my goddaughter's Birthday. Never again I will check the Guess website or step into any Guess store, enough

Some are mean in customer service, some are good. The items were damage during shipping that's why i haven't receive them. I waited so long for my refund.
My other orders were missing and i can't receive my refund due to their protocol.

Ich habe mir im Outlet in Bremen eine Kette gekauft. Leider war das passende Armband zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr verfügbar. Die Verkäuferin schlug mir daraufhin vor meine Telefonnummer zu hinterlassen damit sie mich informiert sobald das Armband wieder da ist.
Tatsächlich hat sie sich nach ca. 3,5 Wochen bei mir gemeldet. Das fand ich wirklich bemerkenswert und alles andere als selbstverständlich. Die Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich hat sich viel Zeit genommen und mich hervorragend beraten.
Man muss wirklich sagen top Verkäuferin top Beratung und ein großartiger Kundenservice.

Ich habe Ware im Onlineshop bestellt über PayPal bezahlt. Retoure angemeldet versendet, warte seit 7.12.25 auf mein Geld. Ich hatte PayPal dies als Streitfall gemeldet als plötzlich eine Mail von Guess kommt, ich soll den Streitfall bei PayPal schließen damit Guess den Betrag zurück überweisen kann. Ich habe es gemeldet und schließen lassen. Seit dieser Schließung höre ich von Guess nichts mehr. Das sind Betrüger!! PayPal ist jetzt aussen vor und das wusste Guess. Nur werde ich jetzt einen Ra einschalten, denn es handelt sich um.viel Geld was mir zurück erstattet werden muss. Diese Betrüger

I wish I had read the reviews on here before placing an order. I ordered a dress back in Dec, to be fair if arrived quickly and was good quality. Unfortunately it didn't fit, so it got returned straight away, tracking shows it arrived back with Guess on 31 Dec. The FAQs indicate it takes 14 days to process a refund from when they receive the item back. I chased up my refund after 14 days, sent the tracking evidence, customer service replied to say something had gone wrong with my return at their end. They said they had escalated a refund request to their finance team, and it could take a further 14 days for them to respond but I was informed it shouldnt take that long. However, it's now been another 7 days and I've heard absolutely nothing and they haven't replied to my latest email. I'm so disappointed, I thought Guess was a reputable brand, I definitely will not be ordering from them again. It looks like I may have to submit a PayPal claim as I have no confidence in ever seeing this refund.

Order placed at the end of November. After almost two months, there is still no package, no tracking updates, and no refund. Customer service avoids responsibility and provides only meaningless responses. This behavior is highly misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company.
Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza, mia moglie ha acquistato delle scarpe, pagate 140 euro, usate due volte, la suola sulla parte laterale di entrambe le scarpe si sta scrostando, dopo tante email alla Guess, si sono offerti di rendermi il 10% cioè 14 euro (che secondo me è il costo di fabbricazione) il negoziante invece ha rinunciato ad aiutarci.
