45 days to get a refund—and only after I filed a bank chargeback
I am writing this to warn others about the appalling refund process at Guess.eu. I placed an order on January 22nd that never arrived.
I first reached out on January 31st and was told an investigation would start. I heard nothing. I reached out again on February 11th (11 days later), and only then was told the parcel had been returned to them damaged. I was told in writing: "A refund it's on the way."
I followed up a third time on February 14th and was told the "relevant department" was processing it. I then waited another 19 days with zero proactive updates from Guess, despite them having my money and the returned goods.
In total, it took 45 days from the date of my order to finally get my money back—and the only reason I received it was because I was forced to bypass their customer service and initiate a formal chargeback with my bank.
It is completely unacceptable that a global brand holds a customer's funds for six weeks and only settles the debt when a bank intervenes. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Vedo con rammarico che Chiara Ferragni e' la testimonial di riferimento del marchio Guess, in tutte le pubblicita' che ricevo via email da inizio anno 2026, essendo da anni, x tutti i componenti della mia famiglia, degli affezionati estimatori dei prodotti del marchio, con evidenziato che e' "Forte, dolce, audace, romantica – tutto insieme" ....ma come si fa a scrivere queste parole ed a pagare un "personaggio" di questo genere, oltre che NON GIOVANE e COMPLETAMENTE RIFATTA... e' riconosciuta da tutti come una grande TRUFFATRICE, anche se scagionata dal tribunale della giustizia ....SOLO X MANCANZA DI PROVE !!
Consiglierei ai Dirigenti del marchio, che hanno fatto questa "scelta", di cambiare testimonial con qualche altra bella ragazza che abbia caratteristiche completamente differenti, come eta', bellezza, semplicita', naturalezza ed onesta' ....e che rappresenti realmente le parole che hanno anche aggiunto alla loro pubblicita'.... sicuramente, il VALIDO marchio GUESS, sarebbe valorizzato e meglio rappresentato !!

Shockingly bad from a company I have spent thousands with over the years. I ordered 3 things on Jan 1st, the tracking info never updated and after a couple of weeks chasing they finally informed me they couldn't find my parcel. It's now 2 months that they've had my money and they're dragging their heels on a refund. Absolutely disgusting from a company I've been loyal to for years, they keep fobbing me off with generic responses ensuring me my refund is in progress but without giving me any actual helpful information- GIVE ME A DATE, AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

I placed this order with the expectation of receiving quality products and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Upon delivery, I was not provided with the required QR code to access the locker containing my items. I contacted your customer service team multiple times and spoke with five different representatives, yet the issue remained unresolved. As a result, the items were returned without me ever receiving them.
After waiting approximately six weeks, I contacted your customer service team again to request an update regarding either my order or a refund. I spoke with a representative named Jack, who assured me that a refund would be processed within a few days. Several more weeks have now passed, and I have neither received my refund nor any further communication.
Instead, I was sent a discount code (“hapier10”), which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. This does not resolve the issue and does not compensate for the inconvenience, time wasted, and lack of service I have experienced.
At this stage, I am left with no option but to escalate this matter further, including contacting my bank to initiate a claim for the missing funds.

Hice un pedido el 2 de febrero, el 9 de febrero me puse en contacto y me dijeron que estaba en correos y que no dependía de ellos, que cuando llegara a España se actualizaría el estado, tras ponerme pesada me dieron el número de seguimiento de correos y ponía desde el día 9 preregistrado y ayer 16 me han dicho que el pedido está en el almacén y que ellos no son logística, y que no saben nada más, hoy 17 de febrero he vuelto a contactar y han decidido hacer el reembolso sin que yo lo haya pedido. Vamos que una gestión pésima y lamentable y siendo una empresa que se supone que es marca de lujo, increíble, mucho mejor Aliexpress
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a bag on 9th December 2025, courier returned it to Guess for an unknown reason so it was not delivered. Contacted Guess who said I would have to wait until the item arrived back at their warehouse. No contact from Guess at all. Chased again in January and told the same thing. Contacted them again in February and gave them 7 days to refund my order or I would request a chargeback via my credit card. Still no refund so completed the chargeback with my credit card company. I wouldn’t recommend Guess, the customer service is terrible.

I returned and they wouldnt not take ot off without a receipt. I never received a receipt. They asked for my email address in store so I assumed it was sent via email but that was only to sign me up. I now have a top I can not use because somebody cant do their job.

Y me dicen q me habré equivocado yo al ponerla,siendo q el anterior pedido llegó bien y la dirección no se ha tocado.Y he tenido q ir a la población en la q vivía antes con mi coche,gastar gasolina y recogerlo.Pero lo más gordo es q me mandaron un mensaje de Guess mintiendo y diciendo q habían hablado con la empresa de transportes y q habían cambiado la dirección por la buena,entonces como llegó mi pedido a la dirección mala?
Señores de Guess,cierren la venta on line por q se ve q sus trabajadores son unos incompetentes y su servicio una basura,por lo q leo aquí,mucho fallo en entregas y esperas largas y pedidos sin llegar etc etc etc etc...un DESASTRE!!! No volveré a comprar nada más y borro la app de mi móvil.Penoso!!

Terrible customer service. I should have read reviews before ordering. I've ordered a few items, they didn't fit, so I returned them. Email from guess states that refund will issued within 14 days from the date they receive return to their warehouse. It's been over 14 days so I contacted customer support, the only way to talk to them is via whatsapp messages, first you get to a bot, after a few messages they connected me to real person. And agent kept saying that their timeframe to issue a refund is 14 business days and at the same time their bot says it's 14 calendar days, on the email it also doesn't say it's 14 business days. I couldn't answer message from an agent straight away and they disconnected, had to go through bot again, got connected to an agent again but they are not responding. Considering calling my bank and requesting a chargeback. Never buying from Guess again. It's been over 15 business days now and still no refund, guess customer service said that they forwarded my order for manual refund and they won't provide a time frame. Absolutely useless customer service

El vendedor admite por chat que el paquete del cinturon nunca llego y que esta volviendo a su almacen, pero se niega a devolverme el dinero de forma inmediata, después de tanto tiempo esperando.He tenido que reclamar por el banco.
