I've used a variety of products from Grounded Body over the years and to this date I've only had positive experiences and positive results.

The Retinol Serum is probably my go to product - even after the first use it made my skin feel really soft and smooth.

Having said that, I've also really enjoyed using the Bee Venom treatment and Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum recently. Yes, they are at a higher price point but Grounded always have great promotions and I always feel I'm getting good value for my money.

I recently gifted my girlfriend the Retinol Serum for Christmas. She's a doctor who specialises in dermatology and she absolutely loves the product - so much so she's made subsequent orders for the serum. You really do notice a positive difference after using it only a few times.

I can only sing the praises for Grounded Body - for me their portfolio of products really have improved my complexion and make me look and feel younger. It's always exciting wondering what to try out next.

If I had one wish, it would be for the wonderful boffins at HQ to, at some point, create a moisturising face cream with a 30 SPF (or even better 50 SPF)... Otherwise my skincare routine is completely covered by Grounded Body.

I placed an order at the start of December 2023 being told my order would be shipped in 48hrs. One whole month later and my order finally arrives and when it does turn up it stated that one of my products would be sent separately. It has now been two months and I still haven’t received my full order. I have messaged the team multiple times and not once have I had a reply or any email to tell me about my order being delayed. I was really looking forward to trying this brand but have been let down.

Was very excited to try this company, especially being a UK brand but was left very disappointed! Placed an order on the 8th of December for 3 items as Christmas presents, 10 days later I received an email to say 2 items are now out of stock. I tried to contact the company on 3 separate occasions to no avail. The one product that was in stock eventually arrived on the 20th of January! Over a month since I ordered and with no communication I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered an item and have not received so much as a delivery update, or response to my email. It has been a few days and to wait that long for an update, is uncommon. The comms are poor, and assurance is lacking. They also owe me a refund for failing to fulfil next day delivery, but still, no response. Receiving money for goods, then going AWOL is a Trading Standards issue. It’s not difficult to maintain good communication w/ your customers.

Love the retinol serum the best I ever used ❤️ and also the customer service is outstanding 👏 I will not use anything else customer for life

I’ve used the coconut body scrub for years and it’s amazing. Now I’ve just purchased the box sets for Xmas presents. Quick service and lovely products. Can’t thank their team enough.

I've ordered a few items from them so which are good. But I'm missing an item I ordered recently and have tried numerous times to email them to get no response 🤨. It seems I've wasted money and have no item. Will not order from you again if that's the case disgraceful.

Grounded body scrub is the best, I’ve been using it for years and always come back to it.

It smells great and the results are so good, I always get compliments on my skin the day after I use it and it gives me the confidence to go without makeup.

My fave is the chocolate orange scrub, but I’ve used the cherry and the mango and papaya is fab too.

The customer service is great, they are really responsive and friendly and there is always a surprise in the box with my order in the form of a money off voucher.

My coffee scrub arrived quickly and was absolutely gorgeous! And the free coconut sugar lip scrub was a fabulous surprise! Thankyou.x

Ordered two items from wolfmen skincare at the start of August and haven’t received any updates regarding dispatch or delivery despite numerous emails sent.

I'm submitting an amended review based on the response from the business but there are still issues that I think they need to address.

I received a discount code AFTER checkout for the same item I'd just purchased. The idea of a future discount on the same item is a really good one so if the message reflected this, people wouldn't get frustrated like I did. Different wording needed? 'Buy me again within 3 months and get 10% off?'

The email formatting error genuinely made me think the site was a scam (which it isn't) so getting this fixed ASAP so that it doesn't look bot generated should be a priority.

Fabulous product as always (repeat order) but unfortunately poorly packaged. Both packets were covered in an oily substance. I could not see a hole in the packets so can only think they were contaminated when packed up. Very messy 😢

It clears up skin problems like eczema or rough skin. It’s amazing.

I am honestly obsessed with the coffee scrubs! Every flavour just smells amazing and my skin has never felt so soft after.

The lip scrub is also a must have! Although if you have a partner buy two because he steals mine.

Would strongly recommend the hair masks too. My hair feels so smooth and shiny after which is a must have in these summer weather.

I could go on because every product I have used I have loved!
