I wish I could be one of the positive reviews on this brand.

I made an order of several products, on 16 December 2024 and so far, no products received no emails explaining the tardiness. I checked the app for tracking the parcel and it's still on preparing for shipping.
A first week of january I emailed the CS complaining and asking for an update and have not yet received any response.

I do not recommend the company. I have even checked reviews before purchasing and seemed legit, but now I am disappointed with the speed of service, lack of communication and don't recommend at all you use this.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered products early December and no delivery up until this time, 1 month later. Tracking showing that it was returned to sender. The post lady of the small village I live in is a good friend and has told me that no such parcel arrived at her post office for delivery. No response to emails so far. Terrible service. I will never use them again and would advise other to do the same.

I placed an order for next day delivery..after a week time didn’t receive it and no reply from my emails! Stay away big SCAM!!!

Had a problem with a delivery but Tasha the Director soon sorted this out for me and it was also a mistake on my behalf as I couldn't find delivery but Tasha refunded my payment and I then found out a neighbour who had stuck delivered to my mum's address took it by mistake so great service from Grounded Grounded

I placed an order with Grounded Body Scrub on 30th November.
For Egyptian Gold. Never received. This is totally unacceptable

Great face scrub feels amazing. Quick delivery just perfect. Will be ordering more thanks.

Received order they sent me a free gift aswell as my order and refunded me all my money - to make up for the delay and slow replies.
Just a busy company… the communication when they do message you is 100% she was so lovely so I do recommend this company- just be a little patient

Shocking customer service, i ordered on 30th November and still not received it 3 weeks later. I have emailed and had no reply. Starting to think it is a scam. Definately would not reccomend.

Having tried the Retinol serum before, bought in flight on Ryanair, I wanted to try some more of the serums and the coffee scrub. I ordered on the 29th Nov and it has been two weeks now with no confirmation of shipment of the order yet, even through their website states delivery in 48 hours. I emailed them a few days ago and still have not received any reply to my email, therefore I am not sure anyone is even reading them. There is also no contact phone number for the company which I absolutely hate. If you you are not going to provide a contact number for your customers, then at least answer your emails online. I spent aver 80 euros on an order and am regretting it now, as there is no sign of it two weeks later. It's such a pity, as I wanted to support smaller businesses instead of going to bigger beauty companies.

Placed an order on 30 November and received it 9 Dec. Did not receive any tracking updates throughout. So initially gave 1 star review as i tried contacting them by email on a couple of occasions and did not receive any response. So customer service not great in that respect.
I did eventually find a way to make contact on their website and had an immediate response and tracking update and the person who responded was very polite and helpful. Looking forward to trying the egyptian gold serum now its arrived safe and sound.

Been taking SHILAJIT GOLD RESIN for the last few weeks and Just want to say this Is the best I've felt in a long time! I feel more motivated in the morning and have managed to do more stuff this week than ive been trying to do for the last 6 months lol it's a great gift for vitality and wellness Would highly recommend this product it goes well in a black coffie or tea :)

Honestly the retinol serum is amazing!!

My skin is already starting to purge and I'm only on my 3-4 day with the product use. My skin has also gotten tight and is starting to glow.

I already ordered here a few times before and never had any problems before. The products are great.

But this time I did not receive my order.
The item still isn't shipped and there is no update when the products will be sent. Meanwhile the invoice amount was already debited from my credit card. Also I already wrote to the customer service a few times, still no any response!
If the order will not arrive soon, this was in any case my last order at this onlineshop!

Update: After weeks the products were finally shipped und arrived at my place. Nonetheless I'm not really happy, because one of the two retinol serum has lower filling quantity than it should have. Given the price the serum costs, that's not okay.

Love the products but I received the wrong size bags and don’t get a response from customer service. I’m sure I’ve had this issue before but just left it. Would like a response please and the remainder of my purchase!

Order never arrived and no response from customer service. I love the products but I'm so upset to have no response from customer services. I emailed them multiple times. I placed the order on the 28th July and its now the 15th August and nothing. There's nothing more frustrating than spending your money on something and not knowing what is happening with the product. Very disappointing

I bought my first product on plane, was happy with it and decided to order the next one online (2020).
I never received the my order nor got money back. Customer support is non-existent (i tried via several e-mail and social media platvorms), communication only with bots.

After that experience I received an automated message about if I'd like to join their team as a sales rep.

ORDER # 3703 on January 21th 2020

Placed tracked 48 hour order 12 days ago. Still no order. Messaged x 9 times 1 reply not followed up still no order still no acknowledgement £55 does not grow in trees.

Please somebody get back to me I will take this further.

Excellent customer service and the products are even better. I have tried so many of their products over the last few weeks and I am so happy with all of them. I have very sensitive skin and wanted to try and company that promotes clean products. The coffee scrub has made me feel so much softer all over my body.
The face products have made a dramatic improvement to my complexion and I have given some gifts to my family and friends who are also very happy.
I have tried the kids Calm range and my kids are obsessed. They both have their own little routine now and feel all grown up! Both kids have said they fall asleep quicker now with these products.
I would highly recommend!! Thank you Grounded Body!! ❤️
