Green World Holidays provided excellent service from start to finish. The advice and customer service prior to booking was fantastic. The holiday itself didn’t only meet our expectations but exceeded it by some way! The team who looked after us whilst in Croatia did so wonderfully, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They were passionate and knowledgeable about Brač Island and Croatia as a whole. The activities were well organised, in fact the whole itinerary had clearly been given a lot of thought. We can not recommend Green World Holidays highly enough, in fact I have been singing their praises ever since we returned to the UK! Thank you Brett and your team for ensuring our holiday was an awesome one!!!

Fab family adventure holiday company, I can't recommend Greenworld enough. The age matching for the kids worked brilliantly for our 15yo girl and 13yo boy. Staff all really fun, friendly and helpful, both in Sutivan and for admin side. Activities were well organised and thought through, as was the way the holiday worked - shared meals, timings/duration for activities, socialising vs time as a family. Sutivan is beautiful too. Already recommended to loads of friends.

There are not many holidays were everything is ‘right’. Well… this is one of them. We would give 6 stars if possible!
- From the very first moment we felt welcomed and in the best capable hands with our ‘guides’ (they are much more than that!). This meant that we could just focus on having a good time, which is exactly what we did!
- Our 13 and 14 year old had the best time hanging out with their new friends. Whether it was doing one of the organised activities or just being together, it felt so effortless and natural, absolutely amazing!
- And likewise, for the adults, there was nothing forced about it, we just had the best time hanging out with a bunch of really lovely people, but there was also plenty of space for downtime as well.
It really is a magic formula!
- The island of Brac is incredibly beautiful, everyday we were surprised by its beauty and serenity; the crystal clear water, the stunning views, the history (shared by our very knowledgeable guides). Sutivan itself is just the most idyllic place, so relaxed and completely safe for our kids to roam around by themselves.
All in all, huge smiles on our faces when we think about the memories we shared with the lovely ‘week 1 people’.
Would recommend this holiday to everyone who would like a fun, active, stress-free holiday.

Greenworld holidays purports to “offer incredible family activity holidays in Croatia” and I can a 100% confirm this is exactly what they do!
Our family of 5 have just returned from what has been described by our kids as “the best holiday ever”!! Praise indeed from the mouths of teenagers!
Brett and the team at Greenwolrd have the magic formula for matching likeminded families with children of a certain age, to create a week long holiday providing not only the desired action, fun & adventure, but also a journey of discovery of the beautiful Island of Brac. The whole package offered us the flexibility to combine “downtime” with “exciting times” trying out the various activities whilst unexpectedly offering us the chance to form new friendships for both adults and kids alike! What’s not to like??
The knowledge and organisational skills of the local team were second to none and we have returned with huge smiles on our faces, a sense of achievement for all the activities we tried and many, many, many happy memories of the days we shared with the “week 1 crew”.

We have a fabulous time in Croatia. Our trip was a year later than planned due to Covid. Brett was wonderful to work with-answered all of my questions, helped us reschedule due to Covid. The local team in Croatia was wonderful as well. We traveled from the US. There were a total of six families (five from England), 10 teens. The families got along very well as did the kids. The accommodations were perfect-we had the place to ourselves. The kids spent lots of time in the pool. We really enjoyed the activities. I highly recommend Green World Holidays and this trip.

My 15-year-old son and I had a fabulous holiday with Green World in Croatia. We almost didn't make it there because of the pre-departure stress and additional expenditure caused by Covid and an expired passport. However, Brett's patience and understanding throughout the lead-up, and his assurance that we could have a full refund should we need to cancel last minute, kept me going. And I'm so glad!

The week is a perfect mix of organised activities and free time so there was plenty of opportunity for everyone to chill and get to know one another in or around the pool or at the beach. For us the highlights were the tubing and the boat trip but there was nothing that we didn't enjoy. Marija, Barisa and Sara were lots of fun as well as being very professional and attentive guides. And the atmosphere in the group amongst teens and adults was brilliant. It was hard to say goodbye but we hope to stay in touch...

Green World Holidays are an exceptional company to deal with from
start to finish. The Uk based office were incredibly helpful and supportive during the Covid delay, and all was smoothly reorganised for the following year...and it was worth the wait! Our three group leaders Marija, Sara and Barisa were three of the loveliest, most genuine people I have had the pleasure to spend time with. They could not do enough for us, every detail was taken care of, and they generously gave their time to share their passion and pride in their country; Croatia. Marija even took the time on her night off to call me and reassure me about the canyoning activity, so kind. I needn’t have worried by the way, it was fantastic fun and even achievable for the “less fit” of us parents! I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people, they really
made it a special holiday. Green World are not just any old travel company, they really care about your experience. We were also lucky enough to share our week with several lovely families, and all teens thoroughly enjoyed themselves throughout. Do not hesitate to book with Green World Holidays, you will not be disappointed.

Small business with some amazing people. Sadly we decided to cancel our holiday due to COVID and the various complications and additional costs from having to take COVID tests and quarantine on return. We didn't do this lightly and both Brett and Maria have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with our concerns throughout. They have also been incredibly accommodating and we are really grateful for their help and understanding. Overall our experience with them has been fantastic and we are really looking forward to book our holiday with them again once things have gone back to some sort of normality. It's always a huge pleasure to do business with good honest people and I could not recommend them enough.

Great communication and service. Sadly Covid put a stop to our plans. Brett was excellent in helping organise and add ideas, a shame it didn’t work out. Swift responses, alternatives and understanding. No dramas. Would book again with confidence. Many thanks.

Brett has been nothing short of brilliant, since the start of our enquiry back in October 2019. Our subsequent booking for our family summer holiday for 4, in July 2020, sadly couldn’t go ahead due to COVID and we were beyond disappointed, especially our two boys 11 & 13. Brett communicated quickly and clearly with regards to our options and reassured us throughout the whole process. This has only made us more determined to look forward to and enjoy an adventure with GWH, as soon as we can & the wait will hopefully only make it more special!! Thank you Brett and Team 😃

What a fantastic week we had with GWH in Croatia. Everything ran smoothly from our first enquiry to the final drop off at the ferry port in Split. Our two boys (12 & 14) loved it all; the activities, the pool at the apartment, the beach and the other kids they met. There was even a surprise birthday cake for our youngest at the farewell dinner. Barisa and Sara were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They mixed in so well with the kids and adults. We met some great people and always seemed to be smiling. The transport between activities was seamless, the guides for the various activities were all friendly and helpful and the apartment was great. Croatia is a beautiful country. We would recommend GWH to all families that like to be busy and have a bit of adventure. Make sure you have a few days to recover afterwards!

My 14 year old son and I have returned from an amazing week in Croatia with Greenworld holidays. This is our 2nd holiday with Greenworld and they were just as good this year for the Croatia trip as they were last year for Slovenia. I can thoroughly recommend them for any family with teens (or pre-teens).

Greenworld take the time to make sure the group of families in the trip have similar aged teens, and this was brilliant. My son loved being able to do the adventure activities with the other teens instead of just me, and then to hang out with them in our free time - both at the villa pool and on the nearby beach. I loved knowing that he was having fun with new friends, and I had time to relax with other parents or on my own.

The activities are really well designed and pitched. All the parents could do them, as could the kids, with added twists thrown in for the kids so they had extra fun. I feel like I’ve been away for more than a week, just because it was so different from every day life.

The information provided beforehand was spot on, except that I think canyoning is a bit more accessible than their information suggests. They say it requires a moderate level of fitness, which is true, but I would say it’s specifically about mobility and ability to cope with adventure terrain. In particular, the tunnel you have to go through is actually about 3m high and a bit over 1m wide, and although it was dark, at all points I could see a source of light.

The accommodation is great in terms of socialising with the other families and for the teens to just mess around in the pool or play cards. There were loungers for sunbaking and tables in the shade. I recommend taking UNO, and other card games that groups can easily play to get to know each other, and maybe some small pool games or inflatables.

The apartments themselves were fine - perfectly good for a week and I managed to do porridge each day and pasta a few nights when we couldn’t be bothered going out. There is a small supermarket (think petrol station Tesco Metro) nearby for basic supplies, although I took the oats for porridge from England!

The guides Barisha and Sara, and logistics lead Ante, were incredibly helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to make the holiday go smoothly.

We had a week in Podstrana in July/August which was one of the best family holidays we have had. Our 14 year old daughter immediately made friends with other teenagers in the group and if she's happy then we're happy! Great activities which were as much fun for the adults as the children! Sara & Barisa made sure everyone had a great time and Brett was a great help when we booked to make sure we were matched with families who had children of a similiar age. Would highly recommend.

We did the family adventure week based in Podstrana Croatia. Greatly enjoyed by both parents and teenagers. We had loads of fun on all the activities - we were also impressed by the quality of the activity guides and equipment and attention to safety. The programme included enough activities to keep us busy but also gave us relaxation time. The group format worked well - the kids loved having other teenagers to hang out with and the whole holiday had a lovely relaxed social vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant fun for adults and teens. They take you to the best places and arrange everything!

This was our second holiday with Greenworld and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Two very different holidays. One on Brac last year was focussed around the sea and hiking. This latest one in Ljubljana has a mountains and rivers focus and being based in such a beautiful city was an added bonus. Vida is an amazing tour leader and worked so hard to help us all gel as a group which is so important for the teens in the party to gain the most from this type of holiday. I do not hesitate to recommend Greenworld

This is the second holiday I have booked with Greenworld, we’ve done Slovenia and we’ve just come back from Croatia (Podstrana) and we have loved them both. The activities are really well organised and great fun. We also really enjoy being with a larger group of families (we have met some lovely people) and Greenworld do a great job in matching families with similar aged teens which really works. I would (and do) recommend these holidays to any families who enjoy being active, especially families with teenagers.
