This holiday ticked all our boxes. We met lovely, like-minded families and made some super memories. The staff and guides were motivating, reassuring, helpful and very friendly. I loved the variety of activities and the mix of freetime or shared experiences. We felt safe, included, part of a special team. I would fully recommend this trip for teenagers. We had the best time and loved Croatia.

This was quite a different kind of holiday for us, so I didn’t really know what to expect beyond the activities, all of which were excellent. What really made this special for us was the care with which Daniel, Eti and the whole GWA team treated us. Not only was nothing too much trouble but they also shared so generously of themselves, it felt a lot like being looked after by friends. A real stand out for me was the shepherds walk, even my 13 year-old daughter, who never walks when she could be driven, loved it, it was a magical evening. I think part of what made the holiday special for me was our fellow holidaymakers, GWA are thoughtful about the make up of the groups and that really shows. We’re already looking at booking with GWA again- thanks guys x

Such a brilliant adventure to have with the family and one we will always remember (kids age 17, 16 and 13).
We went to stunning Croatia and did a 2week Green World Holiday trip, a week on Brac and then straight on to Omiš! I can’t rate the holiday highly enough. The organisation was superb ranging from Brett and Russel that helped us book our trip, to the local leaders Daniel, Eta, Barisa and Iva who lead all the adventures and helped us plan our ‘rest days’ from restaurants to activities. They really do go above and beyond making the weeks fun for everyone. Both weeks we spent with such lovely people and the kids all had a brilliant time mixing with the other teens, they quickly swapped numbers and were meeting up go to the beach, evening walks or to play cards.
When I asked the kids what their favourite activity was they end up listing every single thing that they did.
I highly recommend the holiday to active families with teens.

Absolutely fabulous holiday from beginning to end! We went with our 11 and 13 year olds. One of the best family holidays we have had. Great organisation by GWH and the reps were always so helpful and welcoming. It is going to be hard to find another summer holiday that gives so much fun to the whole family! GWH we will be back! A truly memorable and special trip . I went with my 14y old son without expectations other than i knew we were doing activities. This was a little different for us but with an active teen it felt like a good fit. All parties were so amazing and helpful in UK and away in Croatia. Nothing ever felt too much to ask however small … everything seemed effortlessly perfect. Guides were really amazing and funny !! The activities were exceptionally well organised with lots of cultural anecdotes along the way. All the children and adults got on so well which was simply brilliant! We all had time together, with our own families and the children went off to enjoy themselves in the very safe picturesque town. My son and I agreed it was the best ever holiday we have been on. Totally exceeded any expectations . Much much more than just a holiday. GWH rocks!

Just returned from a fantastic activity holiday in Omis with Greenworld Holidays, with 17 and 15 year old boys.

Tour guides Barisa and Iva were amazing throughout the week!
It's a great balance of watersport activities with other like-minded families. There's also a great balance of down time with your own family.

The hotel plaza is situated right in the heart of Omis so everything is on your doorstep from restaurants, supermarkets and beach. Although the beach is advertised as sandy, it's actually more like a gravel texture.

The hotel was also lovely with comfortable beds, great buffet breakfast and good sized rooms.

Omis feels like a safe place and the older teens would often go out together of an evening.

If you love watersport activities and would like some interaction with other families but also some of your own family time, Greenworld Holidays would be a great choice!

My wife wanted to do something different with our 4 sons instead of the usual All inclusive pool holidays and we found Green World Holidays. Brett was super helpful in finding the right package and location in Croatia and I must say it has totally changed our way of spending time together as a family. The mix of families was perfect (29 of us in total) , Omis is beautiful and Barisa the tour leader is an absolute legend who is passionate about what is his home town and very funny. We did White water rafting , kayaking, snorkelling, river tubing and canyoning. The optional climb up to the castle for the view is also a must as is the boat trip to Brac. My boys have said it was the best holiday we have ever been on and I have to agree. We will certainly look at further adventure holidays with Greenworld. Thankyou

Canyoning and water sports are second to none

Maria and the team ensured everyone had a great holiday. The sports planned were perfect for bringing families with teenagers together and had an excellent time. Great communication before and during the holiday. Really helpful and supportive in finding insurance and arranging travel in country . Highly recommend and will use green world again!!

My son (aged 13) and I have just come back from the Omis, Croatia water activity week. Everything was perfect from start to finsh. The rocommended transfer company were there as planned (with reassuring text message confirmations). Omis is a beautiful, historic small town just 45mins south from Split. The hotel, which is perfect for this type of holiday (I upgraded to have a balcony which I would recommend) is right in the town and also next the main beach, with other beaches within a short walk. The breakfast is amazing with lots to chose from (helped to get the kids up!). Then ofcourse are the activities. Barisa and Iva were our guides for the week. Both instantly bonded with both the the adults and most importantly the kids. Barisa has this gift of being respected and also great fun at the same time. Organised, always there to help and support which made the holiday feel relaxed and safe. All the water activites use a third party local company, who are extremely experienced with great equipment and again always up for fun and games with all of us. Activities were mainly in the morning which meant that the afternoons and evenings were then free to meet at the beach and play volley ball, relax or do your own thing. On the "days off" Barisa also helped organise Zip-lining and a boat trip - both also fantastic. We hired some small boats and went down the river as a small group, which was also lovely. We were all quite exhausted by the end of the week, it is a very packed week with activiteis requiring a certain level of fitness. The group all got on really well, which was supported by the gala dinner, planning of the activites and "Team" feeling created by Barisa and Iva. We all agreed that this was a perfect holiday for teenagers, combining alot of activites, that were safe and also fun with the family. The kids had a lot of free reign to have fun together, allowing the adults to join in with the fun and also time to relax. A perfect combination.

Superb active holiday for families with teenagers on Brač. Sutivan is a perfect, beautiful and unspoilt base, the accommodation is excellent and the activities were the right balance of fun and challenge. Daniel is an amazing guide, helping the families get to know each other, giving the teenagers the confidence to explore Sutivan on their own in the evening and sharing his passion and knowledge of Brač with generosity and humour.

Great leader Barisa, he always tried to make it fun and get the group to meet up after activities. I think he went above and beyond, he was very professional. Iva who helped him was lovely too. Loved all the activities but probably the canyoning was the best. It was challenging, fun, a new experience and amazing views. At times I was a bit bored on the beach but have not done that for years and needed to relax after the activities. My son loved it too he enjoyed the canyoning and tubbing the most.

We have just returned from a fabulous Greenworld holiday in Omiš Croatia. We were in a group of 24 like minded sociable people who were great fun to be with all week. All the activities were well organised and our leader, Barisa was excellent at getting the teenagers to mingle on the first night which broke the ice and helped them make connections straight away. If the kids are happy then the adults are happy so it’s win win!

This holiday was everything I hoped it would be and everything Green world holidays said it would be. Me and my son had a fantastic time and he made some great friends with all the other families children and the organisation of the whole trip was tremendous. Thank you Brett and thank you green world.

Our green world holiday on Brac Island was the best family holiday we have ever had! The other families(so much fun), the beautiful location, the brilliant guides, the fantastic activities all combined for a wonderful 5 star experience. A 5 min walk to the beach, the gorgeous harbour and ice cream stalls and the supermarket right across the street made everything so easy. Highly recommend the Shepards Walk as an optional add on, it makes for a magical evening. Thank you Daniel, Eti, Tim, Russ and Evo for all your kindness and for sharing your local knowledge (and delicious olive oil!). Cannot recommend GWH highly enough!

Fabulous family activity week in Croatia. Well organised fun activities, the best week with the best bunch of people, great memories were made and a lot of laughs along the way. Kids all got on brilliantly which made for some parental downtime and that aspect of the holiday turned out exactly as we hoped. Guides Marija and Iva far exceeded our expectations and made the trip truly special with their recommendations, always ensuring everyone was looked after and happy - thank you! We loved having the apartment complex and particularly the pool for the sole use of our group. The welcome and farewell meals were perfect. Green World provide plenty of information before and during the trip of what to expect with each activity, can confirm that what they recommend to bring are all worthwhile - grateful to have the advance warning for the mozzie spray! I would suggest that water shoes and rash vests are well worth packing as is the poncho towel. Only downside is that it's over - we would be happy to do it all again. Thank you Green World 💚

A great week. Really well set up for families with teens. Lovely accommodation and a great little pool. Easy access to a range of restaurants. Marija and Iva our holiday reps were brilliant. They were always organised, gave us clear instructions and were enthusiastic and great at making sure everyone in the group was involved and having a good time. Would highly recommend this holiday.

Thank you Green World holidays, our guides Maria & Iva made are Crotia vacation great… we thoroughly enjoyed all our water sport activities, kayaking, tubing, rafting & the challenging but very rewarding canyoning. Appreciate the quick responses from our guides any time we needed assistance, they were particularly great with engaging with our kids ❤️

We had the most amazing week with wonderful people. The teenagers all got on really well as did the adults.
All the activities were fantastic, would not change anything.
The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations.
The best part of the whole week was our guides, Barista and Russell (aka Baz & Russ🤣) You could not meet nicer human beings, professional, kind, funny, caring and all around lovely.

As a family of 5 with 3 teenagers we wanted to book an activity holiday in Croatia that would involve other families with similar aged kids. Brett at Green World Holidays certainly produced the goods, and we couldn't have asked for a better match of parents and kids!
We stayed in Sutivan on the Island of Brac having spent a few days in Dubrovnik before hand. We were met by Daniel at the ferry port who was so welcoming and helpful, and kindly drove us to our apartment. After meeting Dom who looks after the apartments and checked us in, Daniel took our bags for us which was much appreciated and another helpful touch.
All activities were very well organised and suitable for all ages and abilities (and temperatures!).
All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and Sutivan was beautiful.
We have very fond memories of shared family experiences and will hopefully meet up with everyone again at some point in the future.

Well organised holiday with a great balance of activities and chill out. Great for families with teenagers - we had a very social group and all got on well. The guides are great and I felt safe in all the activities with good briefing so I knew what to expect.
Would recommend!
