Great service from Brett and the team. Brett was a pleasure to deal with answering questions and making amendments quickly and with no fuss. The whole process went incredibly snotty from start to finish. We wouldn’t use anyone else from now on. Would definitely recommend!!

Was a bit apprehensive booking a ski stag for 14 people through a company I’ve never heard of but what a result! Brett + the team walked us through the process and then the trip ran flawlessly. Nice to have private transfer and a guide on arrival and drop off. Was certainly easier than booking it all individually! Would use again.

I organised my best friends ski stag do in Borovets through Stagmania. It was an amazing weekend. Snow conditions were ideal and nightlife in Borovets was great fun. BJ’s bar was our favourite, and the Black Tiger for Karaoke was brilliant. Vickys pizzeria was another favourite and the Red Lion for live sports. Russell was our account manager and was available on email, phone or WhatsApp whenever I needed some advice. The local guides were also friendly and helpful. Anton on arrival organised our ski passes and ski equipment vouchers and over-saw our check-ins at the hotel. Katarina was with us on departure and made sure we remembered our bags, passports and got us to the right terminal. Our hotel was bang in the heart of the resort, walking distance to the ski lifts, restaurants and bars. Can not fault this team – thank you again.

We booked a 3 night Ski Stag Do in Borovets with Stag Mania and had a great experience. It was a complicated stag weekend to organise, as I’m based in Croatia. The groom lives in Dubai and all his friends are scattered around England. I appreciated the advice from my travel manager to consider a pre night in Sofia to bring all the guys together in one place. We met our local tour reps at the city center hotel, who co ordinated the transfers to Borovets ski resort. It was very well planned, as soon as we got to the hotel, our ski equipment and ski passes were waiting for us. Labelled and individually named for all men on the trip. We planned 2 days skiing, which was enough for this short break experience. Borovets is very affordable, the nightlife goes on till the very early hours and its just generally a very pleasant resort to relax and meet friendly people. It has a strong reputation for being a party resort, but the ski village and the Rila Mountains are very pleasant. It’s a great blend for any level of skiing ability and very cheap to get one on one lessons in comparison to France. One of the guys lost his passport at the airport of all places. I called Stag Mania, who helped communicate this to the Bulgarian authorities. It was so great to have a company take away the stress. Their Bulgarian staff helped return the passport in time for the flight, which was amazing! Overall, I couldn’t fault the ski holiday. The lads agreed it was one of the best they’ve done. Thank to Serena & Lena our Borovets guides. Thanks to Brett for his professional help, brilliant company to plan a stag.

This was my second time round stag, and now all the guys are dads in their mid-30s with kids. I wanted it memorable enough, so the majority of my mates could excuse themselves to get away. My bestman Simon and myself had been on similar ski stag weekend and being it had to be a winter trip, felt an ideal idea for my bunch.

We found Stag Mania and straight away Brett my one on one manager gave loads of great advice. We landed on Bulgaria as the front runner as we’d done something similar in 2018. It ticked the boxes with the low cost flights and the guys love going to Eastern Europe. We knew we’d get a lot more for our money, in regards to food and beer. I’ve been stung in the past skiing in France and Austria and definitely wanted the affordable option for my stag.

It's a very easy booking process to do. We sorted our flights with Easy Jet flying to Sofia and then Stag Mania takes over and does everything else. We had private transfers to and from the Borovets ski resort, so there was no standing around in the bitter cold at Sofia Airport. Whilst we watched a huge queue form outside in the airport taxi line, we we already having a beer and being whisked away towards the resort. Guides Anton and Russ were top lads. Gave loads of top tips, in regards to pubs to watch the football and favourite restaurants to eat as a big group. We were 18 men in total. A pretty big group, but i was told the week before they handled a joint rugby team of 54 guys and girl squads. So i guess we were easier to handle than them.

Borovets is a very contained resort, which works very well if coming for two to four nights stay. We did Thursday to Sunday. Everything is walking distance from your hotel. The ski depot for our equipment was fantastic. We had all our packs, passes and equipment pre paid. So easy for me and Simon to herd the boys into the nearest pub, without the organisational headaches getting in the way. Gotta say Stag Mania make that side of things very easy and especially when you’ve had a skin full of lager, let me tell you, you really appreciate having as much organised as possible in advance.

Accommodation setup exactly how Brett had described. Cracking 3 star hotel. Bang in centre of the resort. Twin bedrooms and balcony, so the guys were more than comfy. Nightlife on your doorstep was a big tick, all ski lifts within a 5 minute walk. It really couldn’t have been easier for me and the lads, so we really appreciated the location being so good. One of my favourite pubs was opposite, with the tree trunk game and cocktail hour was always extended for me and the lads, so shout out to the owners at BJays Bar.

To Brett thanks again mate, you are an absolute star. Always on hand to answer questions. There are no automated emails or faceless staff. You get a direct mobile and direct access to Brett, who clearly is brilliant at his job. Everything got sorted as you promised and me and Si really appreciated those WhatsApp calls to explain the setup and how it all works. Anyway, thanks to Stag Mania and staff in Borovets, who were also really amazing with us. Hopefully I won’t need a third stag do, but if I do I’ll reach out to Brett Lol.

If you're planning a stag, StagMania and in particular Brett is the way to go! Our group spent two epic days and nights in Borovets, skiing, snowboarding, lots of drinking and making memories. The resort and our accommodation (Samokov Hotel) was pretty basic compared to the Alps, but honestly, it was perfect for a stag trip —no unnecessary luxuries, resort was just great fun. There were a few fancy places that we could have explored, but didn’t.

A huge shoutout to Brett, who was faultless throughout the process. From sorting out logistics to making sure everyone had a blast, his organisation and communication was spot on (including appropriate chasers!)

The final night Brett organised a transfer to Sofia for us for a wonky night out. He recommended bars, restaurants, clubs etc. This worked well given there were a few non-skiers in our group so gave a nice alternative.

And to top it all off, StagMania is seriously affordable (having compared elsewhere).

Would we do it again? 100% yes! If you're after a hassle-free, top-tier stag experience, just book with StagMania and let Brett work his magic.

The whole planning and booking experience can be difficult when organising a stag, with numbers and plans changing throughout the process but they were amazing handling everything with great communication and always finding the best solution.

Planning a ski trip for a large group felt daunting, but StagMania made it incredibly smooth. Brett was amazing—always helpful with advice, quick to answer questions, and kept everything stress-free. Russ at StagMania was able to present me with a varied range of options for our stag do to Borovets.
His communication was excellent, making sure that I was nudging the group at specific times for payments and decisions which made wrangling a group of 11 lads much less tricky.
He was instrumental in ensuring that all the main logistical elements of our stag trip to Borovets were brought together seamlessly.
We all had an absolute blinder!

Had an amazing experience with Stag Mania and Brett. The booking process was clear and well explained from the start and they made my life much easier in trying to organise a big group booking. I didn’t know what to expect from Borovets but it over delivered in terms of ease of access from London, beautiful scenery, exceptional slopes (great for beginners), and a proper nightlife. It’s certainly a fun place with lots to offer. The Stag Mania team organised all the logistics which is extremely helpful and made for a smooth trip from end to end. I would highly recommend using them for your next group booking!

Planning a 15 man stag do is hard enough without trying to throw skiing and snowboarding in the mix but it was as simple as a chat with Brett and before I knew it the trip was planned a year in advance. All the questions I had were answered, no matter how many times I forgot details, always on hand to remind me, recommended the perfect time to fly out, and from the airport to the slopes it couldn't have been smoother sailing. Borovets was a great recommendation as it fit our criteria = cheap, for beginners (skiing), night life, not alot of walking to do, decent hotel with breakfast and facilities.
