Absolute please working with greensquares,
Yet again another delivery of decking on time, this is my forth job using greensquares and I look forward to many more, quality decking from the timbertech range at a reasonable price. Thanks guys.

Very happy the delivery and service of Deck Plus. The RevesaDek Slate Grey product arrived in great condition along with the necessary hidden clips and screw fixings. The product is now installed and looks fantastic. The wood grain effect is very good. The product I ordered comes with a 20-year warranty which is pretty amazing.

The customer service received at all times was excellent, which is so refreshing. They were efficient and responsive, the delivery was accommodating and on time.
The decking itself is very good, the colour is exacting as ordered from the sample and easy to use. The finish when working with it is brilliant.
The only reason the smarted as a 4 rather than 5 star (and it should be 4.75 star but I can't do this) is that during the laying it has become marked with what appears to be an oily liquid that I can not seem to fully clean. I'm sure I'll find a solution to it, but at this time of reviewing it is not fully resolved!

I would just like to start by saying i had some issues with the boards that i was sent, so you maybe thinking why a five star review ?
The simple answer is although i had issues with some of the boards i was sent (clearly a manufacture issue) the speed and response from the company to get this resolved, is by far probably the best customer service i have encountered, amazing communication and also emails from the MD, most people judge company’s by the product, which i indeed did as this was the 2nd time i had used them for a decking project, but what was important for me that if you get an issue, the company do not leave you hanging, they jumped on this issue and got all the boards that were faulty changed within a day, and also we were a few short and they sorted this along with a amazing hamper, if you want the best decking, i urge you to buy the best and use the best company, and these guys have it all, very well done to all of you at Green Square’s/ timbertech/deck plus

Very happy with the TimberTech Sea Salt Grey Easyclean edge purchase. Good quality decking - looks great, is sturdy (performed well in the heat wave) and fastenings are good. Good services from Greensquares - helpful over phone guiding quantities and delivered product quickly.

the team were helpful, friendly and professional.
we bought the double sided grey composite deck which looks great and will last a long time. the fitters had no issues although the fixings were different to the ones they had used before.
the original colour we ordered wasn't in stock but the grey looks fantastic.

From start to finish my experience with Deckplus and their products has been great. Myinitial contact with them was during the Covid lockdown period, i obtained quotes for 2 projects that i was planning on doing at home. The representative was very quick to respond to my initial contact and was very helpful with suggestions and in providing the quotations. Even going as far to offer me better prices if i were to proceed with both projects at the same time. A year passed and I was finally ready to start my project. As this was my first experience using composite decking I went on the side of caution and only moved forward with the smaller of the two projects. I made contact with the representative again, who was just as helpful in the second instance. My order was processed quickly and confirmation was sent promptly advising me of an approximate delivery date (just a couple of weeks out). As the week of delivery came round i was contacted by someone from the logistics team who confirmed a two day delivery slot. I advised them that of the two days i was only available for one of the dates and the accommodated me without any fuss. On the morning of the delivery i received a phone call from the driver who gave me his eta... He arrived bang on time and expertly fork lifted the pallet from the back of the lorry and positioned it on my driveway. Now having experience one or two pallet deliveries in the passed I am always cautious to check for damages prior to signing my life away. I need not have worried as the good were protected very well.
So as i mentioned earlier this was my first experience with composite decking... and i can only say it has been a good one. The product is really good... a lot heavier than standard wooden decking, so not surprised it has a 30 year guarantee. The way it secures down to the wooden frame using the clips is very easy to get used to. Having a nice new blade in my chop saw made cutting the boards easy and the clips make spacing them a breeze. I am really pleased with my final result for this project and will be pushing ahead with my second (bigger area) of decking as soon as i get some time.

The sales team at Greensquares were very helpful during the sales process and organinging collection from their warehouse in Merthyr. I would recommend this company and their compsite decking products.

the product was very good. The staff were knowledgable throughout excellent service from the time we ordered to delivery. Also very helpful with the countless number of questions throughout the pre installation and installation.
Post installation the team were helpful and clear on returns .

From start to finish we had a good experience with DeckPlus. They assisted with measurements and quantities, delivery was prompt & as advertised, and everything went together as expected - all while competitively priced.
It took us 2 (long) days to fit a 5m x 4m area by ourselves, but had no issues at all.

I was looking at other decking companies but found the website easy to use and comprehensive. I even called another supplier and didnt have a good experience with my questions. This all changed when I called Ruslan from DeckPlus. He was great, helpful, knowledgeable and set my mind at rest with what was a large outlay for me. Delivery was smooth and dedicated, driver was great and helped me unload in what we can only describe as a summer monsoon. Anyway, decking now installed (DIY) and it's awesome!

Fantastic product, we purchased the aged oak composite decking, looks Amazing, easy to install, great quality. The delivery driver was a Gem, he manoeuvred the decking to make it easier for us.

Their response below is RUBBISH!! they offered me a tile that obviously wasn't going to match and look terrible!!
