Excellent communication and advice from the sales team. we dealt with Melissa, who was very knowledgeable on the different products. Delivery was quick and arrived on time and well packaged.

I really like the quality of the decking I bought. But what made it for me, was the quality of the customer support. I was l contacted after creating an account, and was looked after like I haven’t been with another company. Even after I received the decking at home. Would recommend for sure.

Good product, quick deliver and great service

Excellent customer service - followed up prior to delivery to ensure that all was still on track for receipt of the delivery. The composite decking is very easy to install with the concealed fixings, and looks fantastic.

I decided on decking for my new sunroom as it needed to be practical, have a long lifespan and be completely weatherproof for a busy traffic area between house and garden for family and dogs. I love the wood finish effect and its very easy to clean and always looks good the fitting process for fantastic with very little disruption and I now have a beautiful looking floor that will last for many years to come and receives so many compliments from everyone.

We love Timbertech and chose to use the same materials when undertaking a renovation of our aged deck. We opted for the the Easyclean Terrain+ in Silver Maple and love the subtle grain. The team who helped us over the phone were fabulous - proper customer service. It was a pleasant experience to speak with people who know their products inside out AND they even accurately predicted the delivery date, which kept our builders happy! The product is super durable and comfortable to walk on. I'd never use anything else for decking ever again.

I dealt with Melissa on a large composite decking project for my home this summer and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the whole product range and what would suit my needs best. She was also able to answer all my installation questions which made the project so much easier to complete. I'm so pleased with the quality of the product I've since needed to order some extra boards to expand to other areas and once again Melissa was my go-to, ensuring I got exactly what I needed at the best possible price. Cannot recommend highly enough. 6 stars ******!!

Would definitely recommend Greensquares products. The sales team and Ruslan in particular was very helpful, explaining all the options and sending samples for me to see. He was also prepared to do a slight deal on the prices as well to make it workable. Overall amazing experience with the sales team and the quality of the product was great.

However, quite a lot of my tiles arrived damaged due to the delivery company. Greensquares did say this was very rare. The customer service team did not deal with this satisfactorily at all, rather than simply replacing all the damaged ones they tried to tell me they would not be able to replace them. This is even in consideration of the fact I took photo and video evidence of the damage whilst the products were still on the pallet.
I got limited communcation from the customer service team and MD during this time. It took multiple phone calls, emails and eventually me having to threaten small claims courtn in order for them to rectify the issue. I suggest that if an item arrives damaged that a customer has paid for it is replaced without argument or pushback.

The product is great, really easy to cut and install and once you get into the rhythm goes down very quickly, very happy with the finish,

Originally I was going to go with a local supplier, but I wanted a really neat and robust edge for my framed decking design that they didn't sell. After some searching I found DeckPlus, they had the matching 90deg edging board for a much smarter finish. The DeckPlus boards themselves were of a much higher quality than the local samples and they cut really well too. Overall very pleased.

Another great project for one of my customers using deck plus's range of composite decking. We really like how well made this product is which is why we come back time again to use it. Has a great realistoc wood grain effect and the price is competitive. We do have to pay quite a high delivery fee as were based in the north east but it is the world we live in i guess. Overall great great product

After ordering a few sample tiles I decided to go with the EvoDek PLUS Espresso and contacted the sales team. They where excellent in helping me measure out the correct size for the decking to go around our swimming Pool and throughout with faultless communication and suggestions on how best to incorporate the decking. Delivery times exactly as stated and 6 months on the decking has been an excellent addition to our garden pool this year. So far no discolouring or major stains. One thing to note is that it is very messy when cutting the boards to size.

I ordered the grey Evodek plus. It turned out as expected, looks good and durable.
One was supplied cracked but the team acknowledged this and sent compensation. Good communication.

The decking is great quality for the price (not the cheapest or most expensive), delivery was on schedule, good sales team, they were very helpful with the calculations. I would highly recommend the 'Classic Decking Range: £30 to £40 Per Board' as this was what I used.

As requested, happy to write this review regarding the Aged Oak Decking we purchased from you this year. We did 2 area’s in our garden, a small area at the side of the Garden last year, and the main area this year. We have to say this was possibly the best investment we have made, with the extreme weather we have had this year, this Decking certainly lives up to the job, a definite for replacing the original wood decking we had previously, and I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

We are thrilled with our decking, which made for a memorable summer in our courtyard area. It looks great and is very comfortable to walk on. It is good quality material and easy to clean. The sales team at Greensquares were super helpful when we needed extra clips. The only slight niggle is that the clips are fiddly but that is necessary to ensure they are concealed.

Great product and service, this is my second order for the reversa deck composite. A friend of my previous client loved there job so much they wanted it too which obviously gained me a another job. Great composite to use and hidden clips work well. I would certainly recommend and use these guys again.
