I chose a greenhouse by looking on the web/catalogue that Paul sent and emiling to order/confirm etc.

We have just purchased a Garden Room from the Greenhouse People and had superb service from Chloe, the Sales/Site Manager at the Angmering Show Site. From our first enquiry through to the point of delivery her courteous answers to our many questions has been nothing but exemplary. We have received excellent advice throughout, swift responses have been timely and helpful and we have been taken through the buying process with expertise, care and attention. We now await delivery and erection of our new building and know that Chloe will be alongside us through to completion. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this firm to others contemplating purchasing a building from the wide range in the excellent and informative brochure,

Tony was excellent. He made the process smooth and helped me explore the range of products available and the most suitable option for what I was looking for. He was easy to speak to and get a hold of for follow-up questions.

How can you sell a green house with no stamping of number or numbers stick on the different parts i called the number they said their stamping machine don’t work with this type of greenhouse so I’ll be the one to try and fit it together they said go page 4-5 to use measurements to Try an for it together at no point I was told that. what I’d have to do

Me at purchase or delivery I want to get this complicated thing you bring to me out I open the boxes what is my customer rights because you have not sold me
A fair enough product it’s not fair you hide vital information that could determine my purchase I’d say to other customer stay away and no online help or guide they said to work it out on your own that all the help was available I think it’s disgusting selling product you can’t label up properly but taking big bucks. Absolutely ridiculous

Tony McInulty was extremely easy to deal with. Our questions were answered efficiently, making the whole process simple and straight forward.

Purchased a shed from the Greenhouse people Ponteland. Very satisfied with the end product. Both Sean and Paul were very helpful and knowledgeable everything was straightforward except the delivery which took four months but overall we are very pleased with the end result and would recommend them in the future.

My greenhouse being delivered on the 20th of October .was told it would be the afternoon, I phoned their office between 10 and 11 that morning to ask if they could tell me roughly when it would be ,I was told they had a few deliveries that day but they would phone us an hour before they would arrive. I had told them there was no one at the property and needed at least 45 mins to get there ,I arrived at the house at about 12 o'clock only to find the greenhouse proped up against the wall ,I am totally disgusted with the service we have received, we never received any call an hour before? My husband is 70yrs old and not at all able to move the amount of things left also the weight of the glass . I am one unhappy customer and will never deal with your company again

Bought a 8 X 10 Robinsons Royale and started building at the weekend. All of the M6 10mm bolts were missing and the powder coating paint on sections is of a very poor quality. Called the customer service on 01782 385409 who weren't that helpful. Very disappointing considering the cost of the product. Surely in todays age picking and packing items should have very few errors.

Exellent quality and customer service. We used Denham Installations who was a recommended installer.
I was astonished at the professionalism, speed and accuracy. Euan is honestly one of the best workman I have come across in my ten + years as an architect. I can’t recommend him enough. And look forward to working with him again in the future.

We have been delighted with the quality of the Melvern shed purchased from Greenhouse People Braehead and would like to thank Ian McLaren and Tony McNulty for all their advice and guidance. Also thank you to the guys who built the shed for their professionalism and efficiency. So pleased with the product.

We visited the Greenhouse people in June this year and Jason was warm, welcoming and very informative. We didn't end up buying a greenhouse from him only because we couldn't get the exact greenhouse that fitted our requirements.
We ordered from another company but went back to Jason for some accessories and once again, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. Would highly recommend this company, particularly Jason

Denham Installations were contacted to provide a slab base for a large garden shed. They provided a very competitive price and installed the slab on the date agreed. Their approach was very professional with no fuss and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Excellent work Euan.

We bought a greenhouse from the greenhouse people in December 2024 and it was fitted by one of their approved fitters that month. Since it’s fitting it has continually leaked in via one of the roof openings. We contacted the approved fitter and he has returned to fix the problem 3 times. It’s no better and water is now pouring in. We contacted customer services at the Greenhouse people asking for support - they were very dismissive and basically washed their hands of us. So very disappointing - I would not recommend this company. The greenhouse was very expensive and supposedly one of their best makes - I definitely do not agree.

My husband and I were having a browse around the garden centre,
we ended up buying an ex display garden room the Melbourne from Greenhouse People Braehead.The service from Tony Mclnulty was excellent, Tony explained everything to us in great detail no pushy sales pitch just friendly genuine communication. I would highly recommend a visit so many quality garden rooms and greenhouses to see.

We spoke with Sue Cheeseman on the phone. Her advice enabled us to pick the greenhouse most suited to our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of information that made choosing to deal with the Greenhouse People an easy choice.

Bought a Robertsons Regent greenhouse from Ian McLaren at The Greenhouse People at Braehead,Glasgow.
Ian was knowledgable and very helpful.
Whole process from order to delivery,groundwork’s and construction of the greenhouse went ahead seamlessly.
Ordered a few extras direct from The Greenhouse People, which were delivered with the greenhouse.
Co-ordination with groundwork’s team who also built the greenhouse was straightforward.
I was going to built it myself but I’m glad I used one of the recommended teams as they built it in no time,saved me a lot of hassle and were well worth the money.
Overall great service,no complaints.

I went to The Greenhouse People, Aberdeen to look for a greenhouse. Neil Gordon helped me to find the perfect greenhouse to suit my budget and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for Neil. He showed me all the features of each greenhouse on the site. There is a big display of greenhouses, sheds, Summerhouses and garages on the site. There was no pressure on me to buy anything and the whole experience was fun and enjoyable. I spent a long time browsing and taking in all the info from Neil. I chose the perfect greenhouse and even got a discount due to a Summer sale. Even if you don't need a greenhouse, shed, garage or Summer house you should go along to the site at Dobbies Aberdeen to see Neil's legs. They are crackin'.

Large Alton greenhouse plus extras. Appears to be high quality and contemporary design. Time will tell. Used Euan from Denham Installations. Outstanding work and a nice professional yet friendly style. Worked very late to get the14x8 geenhouse and accessories all finished in one day.
