The choice at Dobbies Braehead was impressive, the greenhouse arrived exactly when we were told and our fitter Ian Cochrane did an excellent job locating and building it. Delighted with the greenhouse - thanks all!

I recently purchased a Shugborough greenhouse from The Greenhouse People in Ponteland, and the entire process, from the initial purchase to the final installation, was absolutely effortless, efficient, and smooth.
When buying the greenhouse, the team at the Ponteland branch was incredibly helpful. They didn't just try to sell me a product; they gave me excellent, practical advice to ensure I was getting the exact setup that would work best for my garden.
The installation process was just as seamless as the buying stage. I want to give a massive special mention to Dave Parkin, who came to install the greenhouse. Dave was punctual & polite, he arrived exactly when promised and was a pleasure to have working in the garden. It was immediately clear that he had extensive knowledge and experience in building these structures, working with absolute precision and efficiency delivering a high-quality greenhouse that looks fantastic and feels incredibly sturdy. If you are looking to buy a greenhouse, I cannot recommend the team at Ponteland and Dave Parkin highly enough. A stress-free experience from start to finish.

We met Sue Cheeseman at the Staines branch. She was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. We weren’t rushed and everything was explained to the letter. Sue made it very easy for us to come to a decision. It was like dealing with a good friend. Thank you Sue

I’m so glad we decided to buy our Robinson Greenhouse from the Ponteland branch of “The Greenhouse People”. The Greenhouse is perfect and looks great in Sage Green, but what stood out was the customer service from Nathan (& Paul) to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.
Nathan is a true enthusiast in all things gardening and is utterly reliable and committed to giving the best customer service. Nothing is a problem, and he provided a seamless link to “Head Office”.
The Greenhouse was delivered spot on time and within one day of Nathan’s original estimate. Even the gentleman that delivered the greenhouse was a true professional, insisting he carried everything with care.
We had an issue with the company installing the Greenhouse (not the Greenhouse People), but even though it was out of their control, they helped resolve the issue and ensured we weren’t out of pocket.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this company, and if you want a Greenhouse, no matter where you are in the UK, go to the Ponteland Branch and ask for Nathan 😉

Bought a Nordic Madison garden room from dobbies garden centre in Atherstone .We dealt with David Hale and he was very helpful with no pressure to buy explained everything very well and has organised delivery and installation all quickly.lovely friendly man we came away very happy and cant wait for it to come now.would 100% recommend this company great quality products and a pleasure to meet you David big thank you from us both 😀

Having read the incredible reviews relating to Sue Cheeseman online, I was quickly persuaded to visit GP's Staines site to look at a potential greenhouse replacement after removing a 30 year old inherited one I'd never used.

Many reviews described Sue was super helpful, provided lots of tips, explained things clearly, provided all the relevant information to assist selection, didn't rush you, didn't do any hard sell and was genuinely a lovely person who went above and beyond to ensure you felt sure and comfortable about your (potential) purchase.
I had little knowledge of greenhouses, none of newer models, and hoped Sue would provide the perfect introduction. I had the pleasure of dealing with her recently and it was amazing to see how accurate the glowing reviews were.
She showed me models which suited my needs and didn't rush the process, gave me pros and cons between models and was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful throughout despite knowing I was only at the consideration not purchase stage. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She recommended tradespeople, ensured there was no confusion anywhere, and generally added huge value, all without the slightest whiff of pressure or hard sell.

As a direct result of my interaction with her, I returned within days to make a purchase and again, she ensured I was 100% happy with my choices before proceeding.
She kindly also gave me a wonderful little Christmas tree and tomato plant from her collection whilst we chatted about gardening.

People like Sue are a retail rarity:
seriously impressive in her knowledge, professional and efficient in her approach and highly personable.
The Greenhouse People have a people-person with an engaging, successful bisiness style. They are so very lucky to have her!

We met with Jason when we visited the Greenhouse People at Nottcuts in Staines. We explained what we were after aand he showed us quite a few options giving us the pros and cons of each based on our requirements - not directing us to the most expensive.
We were also advised on the type of base required and how to get that sorted as well.
Jason then emailed all the details of each we shortlisted so we could review at leisure and we went back the following weekend to place our order.
All very simple.

Can highly recommend the Greenhouse People at Wychbold. Friendly professional service, no pushy sales, answered all our questions and gave sound advice.
Greenhouses look great quality, can’t wait for ours to be installed!

Great team in Ditchling, great service, absolutely nothing wrong. Even missing window panes or spare parts were replaced swiftly and without extra cost. The missing 5th star is me being kind, I would have taken off more if it had not reflected negativey on the team. This is because the instructions for the contruction are super-hopeless, no help at all, making the construction of the greenhouse an absolutely frustrating nightmare. Surely, that can be made easier.

We had such good service from Jason at the Staines site. He was extremely helpful answering all of our queries and providing all of the information we needed to make a decision. He was friendly and patient as we changed our minds several times! We have finally ordered the right greenhouse for us and look forward to its arrival in our garden soon.

He helped me look at all of the various options, in terms of shed type, size, etc. and provided lots of information to help me make a decision. He answered all of my questions really efficiently and was very patent with me. Nice guy too!

I’ve just completed a self install of a greenhouse supplied by Greenhouse People. As I worked through this I contacted their support team on a couple of occasions. Their responses were returned almost immediately and gave clear and precise instructions.

I can’t recall ever encountering better customer service. I’m so grateful. Fabulous company to work with - cannot recommend them more highly!

Jason at Notcutts Staines was very helpful. We knew we would have an access issue before agreeing to purchase a shed. He was able to resolve the issue.

We visited the Greenhouse People at the Notcutts Garden Centre in Staines. We were looking for an octagonal greenhouse to fit in the corner of our garden. They had a wide selection including a number of octagonals which is unusual. We met the lovely Sue who was very knowledgeable on the subject. She listened to our requirements and showed us those that met our brief and explained the merits of each. Sue was very friendly and engaging, with no hard sell (to buy today) what a relief!
The option of placing a fully refundable deposit with collection within a calendar year was a great selling point. It is with this in mind that we ordered a Hercules 6 x 8 ft octagonal greenhouse.
Overall, we were very impressed with the Greenhouse People, Staines. This is due in no small part to Sue’s professionalism and would have no hesitation with recommending them to others.

I needed expedited delivery in time for my wife's birthday, they were very helpful delivering before the date I had suggested. On top of this, I was missing a tiny bag of screws, after a phonecall the missing item arrived with me the next day. Finally the greenhouse itself is fantastic, very well designed and manufactured.
