Very stress-free experience - just what you want

The whole process was really easy from start to finish. From the initial call, finalising the design through to the clear comms on installation requirements, the delivery of the materials and then finally the actual build - just a very stress-free experience.

The actual design and build quality are great, and there was a lot of options to make it just how we wanted it.

The team were super helpful for any and all questions and were willing to jump straight in and support.

Best of both worlds: price of DIY, speed & quality of professional

I had spent about two years considering building a garden studio, and was put off by the complexity of building something completely custom, and the price of a prebuilt solution.

Pent Haus was a great compromise! We got exactly the specifications we wanted - a 5.4m deep x 3.8m wide room (which most other companies struggled to account for), at a reasonable price, and a very well documented build process. It definitely stretched my DIY skills - I had to buy a couple of new tools and rewatched the videos many times, but the Pent Haus team was on hand to support and even shipped some replacement parts to me when I made a mistake.

Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding Experience with Pent Haus

I recently purchased the ToughFrame Pro garden room kit from Pent Haus, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After researching multiple suppliers, I’m genuinely pleased that I chose Pent Haus—they truly stand out from the rest.

From day one, the customer service was exceptional. The kit arrived with everything needed for the build, including a clear and detailed step‑by‑step manual. Whenever I had questions during construction, Tom was always ready to help—often even at weekends—which made the process smooth and stress‑free.

After completing the build, I experienced an issue with the door (supplied by an external specialist). Pent Haus went above and beyond to get it resolved. Their commitment to ensuring I was 100% satisfied was genuinely impressive; they continued offering support long after many companies would have stopped.

I’m truly grateful for their help and professionalism at every stage. Pent Haus and their products are fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a garden room kit.

Great Garden rooms and great service

Great Garden rooms and great service. I'm self building mine (requires some DIY expertise). These are well designed and constructed. Customer service before and during my build has been excellent. Would definitely recommend as a quality garden room at a lower price than bespoke ones.

Pent Haus - solid 5 stars all the way!

I went for their self-build kit (3.2m x 3.6m insulated garden room) as my home office, and the whole process was brilliant. The online configurator made designing super easy, materials arrived precisely cut and high-quality, and it was weather-tight from day one thanks to the pre-clad exterior.

We opted for professional installation through their recommended team, and wow—the installers did an outstanding job in terrible weather! They worked efficiently, finished in just a couple of days (way faster than our DIY estimate), handled everything from delivery, foundations to final trim with laser precision, and left no snags or issues. The build looks flawless—perfectly level, seamless joints, and professional-grade finish that feels like a proper house extension.

Customer service was spot-on throughout: quick replies, to my many questions, and a turn around of only a couple of weeks from ordering to a usable building. Pent Haus (and their install team) is unbeatable. Thrilled with the result—highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very pleased with my new Pent Haus…

Very pleased with my new Pent Haus garden room! the quality of the building is great and some nice bonuses over other SIP's panel providers such as the inclusion of proper floorboards compared to the OSB that some provide. The room is nice are warm, looks great and was more affordable than I expected. Would recommend.

Garden Room experience

From the point of designing my garden room to the delivery of it Pent Haus have been fantastic. I had lots of questions and queries in the beginning and they answered all of them with honesty and good knowledge.
The quality of the garden room is great, the installation instructions were very informative and they even give you a free tape measure.
I would definitely recommend Pent Haus.

So far so good! Get to receive the Pent Haus but communication from Tom has been excellent from start to finish. Coralie has also been very quick to respond with updated quotes. Looking forward to receiving the Pent Haus now and if it’s as good as the customer service so far, we will be in for a treat!
